Location: Punta Gorda, Florida South West, Florida, USA (20 minutes North of Fort Myers and 1 1/2 hr South of Tampa)

Fully furnished pool home with gulf access and a boat dock for your convenience. Just fifteen minutes to Charlotte Harbor via Alligator Creek (known for excellent fishing). Tropically landscaped and decorated for your enjoyment. Fenced for your animals with access to a climate controlled interior room through a doggy door.

This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage situated on an oversized lot. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a community boat ramp. Living room has a 36 inch TV; kitchen is abundantly furnished for easy food preparation and includes a breakfast nook; sunroom has a couch, small TV, chairs for you to relax in and enjoy views of the pool, landscape and canal; large laundry room with Maytag washer and dryer. Smoking is allowed outdoors on the screened lanai.

This home is conveniently located 5 minutes to all shopping and entertainment including Fisherman's Village and historical downtown Punta Gorda. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Siesta Key, and Fort Myers are a short drive from Punta Gorda.

Fish from your dock, enjoy beautiful sunsets, observe wildlife, or use the canoe for first hand experiences with natural estuaries and nature. Visit nearby Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Sarasota and return to you tropical get away minus the crowds and traffic.

  • My husband and I stayed a week here; for peace and quiet you couldn't pick a nicer home to stay in!! House is well maintained, clean, and beautiful!! Neighborhood also nice and quiet! Close to the waterfront stores and restaurants-plenty to do!! Overall, a very pleasant stay and a wonderful couple to work with!! Thanks for a nice get-a-way!!

  • We highly recommend this vacation rental for many reasons: We just completed a 3 month stay from January through March and found it to be the fastest 3 month interval of our lives. We found the home to be convenient to shopping, recreation, good dining, and a quiet and very friendly neighborhood. The neighbors are exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, caring and a sincere pleasure to be around. The house is well equipped with cable TV, washer/dryer, comfortable beds and baths. It didn’t take us long to feel right at home. It was comforting to know our little dog was safe in his own fenced in yard when he had to go outside alone. The pool is well maintained weekly by a service paid by the owners. We had to do nothing except enjoy our stay and relax. We spent a lot of time around the pool just reading and enjoying the beautiful weather. A very nice Dog friendly park(Laishley) was a 5-10 minute drive from the house. We walked our small dog around the harbor on a paved trail every morning and met many friendly residents of Punta Gorda. The same park had organized festivities such as an art festival, jazz and wine festival, seafood festival, a sampling of food from the restaurants of Punta Gorda frequently on the weekends. The fishing from our own private dock in the saltwater canal behind the house was very good and a very relaxing time. If you’re looking for a home away from home…this place is for you!
