Our recent stay @ Capi Beach was incredible and truly exceeded our expectations. Little things such as seasonings for meal prep,shampoo,conditioner and hair dryers in every bath. The conveniences of the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill area received quite a workout.There was a total of 8 adults and we had plenty of room. The house was very clean, and the best part...the pool & spa were always open! ;) The location was perfect as we were 10 mns from the wedding venue, and also a convenient location for local family and friends to gather. It was great to have a home base.We hope to stay again when we come to visit family and friends in So. Cal.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This place is AWESOME!!!! We had our 4 kids and 2 sitters with us for a total of 8 people. Plenty of room, comfort at every turn and a great location to get to everything Orange County. The pool and spa were over the top. Cynthia has put into place everything you will need!! Even garderners and pool cleaning people!! We found the outside entertainment area to be the focal point of our stay when we were home, as we cooked and ate outside almost every night. We will be staying again and again!!!!! If you go to the beach go to Salt Creek beach 10 minutes away!!! It is rock free and family friendly. If you are looking for a place close to everything this is it. The pictures are great but don't do the property justice as it is really like a little resort in the back and the beds are beyond comfy!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We rented this house last August and had the best time when we traveled with our two daughters. The owner was great about answering any questions in advance. We had so much room to stretch out and relax. We could go out exploring the area or stay back enjoying the outdoor kitchen, pool/hot tub. The guest house was a great place to sit out at night enjoying the year round beautiful weather. Plenty of things to do nearby, shopping is close and getting to I-5 is so simple. The neighborhood is all residential and quiet. Beautiful park overlooking the Pacific down the street, was a great area to take the kids. Will be renting this property again hopefully in the near future.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
