The waterfront house is located on a quiet street with privacy. The balcony from the master bedroom offers a view of James Creek. The front porch is a perfect place to spend an afternoon. Large windows feature great views from every room and cool breezes from the water. Dock space up to 30-foot boat. Fishing and crabbing from dock.
A short ride to the North Shore provides an ideal place to watch a sunset. There are many wineries within a short distance, all offering tastings and live music on the weekends, during the season. The beach is less than a five-minute drive and includes a playground for the kids.
In the fall, the area is the perfect place for pumpkin picking and a trip through a corn maze. Local farmstands carry a variety of produce and flowers.
There is a shopping center close by that includes a cineplex, drug store, super market, and several restaurants. Although all these amenities are s short ride away, when you turn down the street to the house, you leave all of it behind.
