LakePoint Hideaway, nestled in the heart of Summit County is a three bedroom, three full bath, and one car garage condo conveniently located next to the bike path around Lake Dillon. Surrounded by a myriad of enjoyable winter and summer activities making it an ideal place for vacation getaways.
Just off of I-70 and Frisco exit 203, this location provides convenience and luxury with an excellent combination of fantastic mountain views, privacy, and easy access to the surrounding Summit area. This condo is only minutes away from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts, with the free shuttle service within 300 yards of the front door.
Vail and Beaver Creek are about 25 minutes West on I-70, and Denver is just 75 minutes East on I-70. You will be located close to Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores; Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone Golf courses; biking; hiking; horseback riding; white water rafting; jeep tours; Frisco Marina; snowmobiling; cross country skiing; and the resorts Recreation Centers.
LakePoint Hideaway is newly constructed, with over 1,800 sqaure feet, and includes exclusively high quality amenities to make your stay more than enjoyable. There is slate tile and beautiful woodwork throughout our townhome. In the family room, kitchen and dining area, the floors and ceilings are hardwood, with a natural log beam banister and railing going upstairs to the bedrooms. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave oven.
Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in the Master with a private bath and whirlpool tub. The second room has a queen bed. The third room has two sets of twin bunk beds, sleeping four. There is also a queen sized sofa sleeper in front of the fireplace in the great room. This condo provides magnificent views from every room of either the Continental Divide to the East, or Mount Royal, Buffalo Mountain and the Peaks to the West. A private 8 person hot tub is just steps out the back door.
Our home has been decorated to provide a warm and comfortable place to relax and recuperate after a fun filled day of mountain activities. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay in Summit County.

The location offers the convenience of amenities with the privacy and respite of stunning natural mountains and Lake Dillon nestled in the valley of the ranges. Our condo is located within easy access to Loveland, Keystone, Copper Mtn, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek resort towns. Amazing scenic views are experienced from the privacy of our backyard and private hot tub overlooking the Nature Reserve. The summer activities are just as plentiful to include a variety great hiking and biking trails. We enjoy staying in Frisco as the town and surrounding areas hosts a variety of activities, musical, art, and food festivals throughout the year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from back are unbelievably beautiful. Great layout. Lots of room. The living areas have windows all around and the light is terrific. Hot tub awesome. Quiet neighborhood but very close to the Frisco shopping areas. The owners are very responsive to needs of the guests. Would definitely recommend.

This condo was perfect for our group of 7 people. It could easily have accomodated up to 10. The condo was in excellent condition and had plenty of space and included your own private hot tub. We skied Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone which were all within 10 miles. We also skied Vail which was only a 45 minute drive.This place is very conveniently located to restaurants, ski rental shops and markets. There description of the condo is right on the money, it is well maintained and clean and the owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. I would highly recommend this condo and we would not hesitate to come back here next year.

We have recently returned from an amazing stay at this superb property. The Condo is everything that is described and more. The decor, wood work, amenities, cleanliness and location are fantastic. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and were visiting the area primarily to ski. The condo is ideally located for visiting Breckenridge, Keystone and A-Basin (these are the resorts that we had passes for) plus may other resorts. The snow was unbelievable - around 2 foot of fresh powder in our first 4 days. The hot tub is a great touch - especially welcome after a day of hard skiing !! The owners, Angela & Brad, were extremely helpful with great recommendations on local restaurants, shopping etc. We have stayed in many properties from VRBO and similar web sites, this is one of the best - I would thoroughly recommend it.

My family and friends have rented this home for 6 or 7 years. Brad and Angela have been perfect host. They make you feel like they are family. Their service group is outstanding. The house is always ready, the hot tub is clean, the grill is ready to go. When ever there is a problem the solution is only a phone call away. Location, location, location easy drives to Breckenridge, Vail , Keystone, Copper, A Basin, Beavercreek. Brad and Angela want you to enjoy their home and will go out of their way to insure their home meets your expectation. They are very gracious host. Joe

Angela and Brad have a great place in Frisco. It is obvious from the attention to detail, they have made the comfort of their guest their first priority. The location is central to all the important mountains in the area for both Winter and Summer activities. Between Frisco and Breckenridge there is an abundance of great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the coming years. This was a great find for us.

We had a very enjoyable and memorable time at this condo. The place was very clean and cozy. We liked the hot tub, and the radiant floor heater. My selfish concern in writing a glowing recommendation about Lakepoint Hideaway is that too many people will want to rent it and it won't be available when I want it!!!! However, the owners have been so gracious and their little "hideaway" is too perfect not to share with others. We have stayed there 5 or 6 times for skiing and would definitely use it for summer as well if we could find the time. The huge windows, awesome scenery and private hot tub are my wife's favorite amenities. Besides those assets are the spacious living area, tasteful funishings and handy location with an attached garage. Whether it is for two of you or a party of eight, you can't go wrong at Lakepoint Hideaway!
