Thanks so very much to the owners for maintaining such a wonderful place to hang out while visiting son/grandson during his first year at Arkansas. Everything was as described, very clean, well appointed and quite homelike and comfortable. Beds and linens were great. The extra specials available, ie: coffee/cream and the staples certainly were also appreciated. Owners were very accomodating with any questions and requests. Our family would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Fayetteville. The property is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We were there to visit our son/grandson so cannot recommend much but the University of Arkansas sites, where we saw him and cooked for him at the house, which he enjoyed immensely. Thank you again for having this property available and your considerations. Regards and hope to be there in the future.

This is a great house for three couples to share on game weekends. More affordable than a hotel and very close to campus and Dickson Street. The only drawback is one bathroom upstairs for couples to share, other than that, I highly recommended staying here! Comfy beds, roomy kitchen, large living room, great deck, and 2 car garage...best of all, nestled in the hills of Fayetteville! It's perfect during fall when the leaves are changing.

However your comment pertaining to there only being one bathroom for the two bedrooms upstairs gives the impression that there is only one bathroom in the house. There is another full bath and shower in the the master bedroom on the main floor. Hope you had a great Christmas. We look forward to another visit from you sometime in the near future. this house was heaven! were there during the christmas season....there was even a big tree in the house! a huge loaded kitchen for cooking...beautiful , clean rooms...a large living room with fireplace...we were so happy! close to town...and on a quiet street !

We absolutely loved this house. The description was accurate; the photos reflected the appearance and amenities; it was immaculately maintained; the owner, Josh, was cooperative, friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. It was a joy and a delight to be able to use this house. It was far above what I had hoped for. We didn't go any place so I can't recommend restaurants nor attractions. We were there to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. The house gave us a landing place where we could all gather together as a family. It was wonderful.

Awesome VRBO in Fayetteville

I and a few of my friends spent 5 days in this house during the Bikes, Blues and BBQ in September, 2009. We found it perfect for our trip with the 3 car garage for our cycles. The ambience of the house is awesome with high ceilings, bamboo floors (no shoes in the house), the nice deck and grill in the back and close proximity to Dixson street. It was awesome enough that we have it booked for 5 days this year as well. It is not availble from from Sept 27-Oct 2!!!!

Josh, I tried to add a review but it kept rejecting because of a nickname problem. I changed my nickname at least 5 times and it still wouldn't take. Here's what I said and I checked Excellent! My family had a mini family reunion to celebrate our mom's 87th birthday and stayed at Josh's property. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, lovely furnishings, electronics and living spaces. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! (If the beds aren't good, the whole time can be miserable.) Everything we needed was there. If we do it again, we will definitely consider this again. Many thanks!

Going to a place sight unseen is always a challenge, but you guys made it easy. The house was in great shape and we all settled in like we'd been there forever. The location was easy and close to everything, and having a place to relax on vacation was even better than going out. As opposed to a hotel room we were able to meet up with old friends and have a place to enjoy while we did it. We decided to stay in and enjoy football on the big tv instead of going out! I would recommend this place to anyone- you will not be disappointed, and we will be back!!
