The gourmet kitchen centers around a one of a kind, caste-in-place, concrete topped round table for 12 kitchen, Vulcan gas range and extra large commercial stainless appliances. Outdoor living space abounds on the Brazilian redwood promenade deck, & 2nd observation deck with wet bar. Complete the experience on the ocean view rooftop patio with wet bar (great for viewing the Bay fireworks display every Friday night). 45 minute drive to 2 Mexico border shopping and sight-seeing areas.

Enjoy the best weather of the year here on South Padre Island during the months of September, October, November, & December. The water is much clearer and aqua blue, with the sand and air crisp and clean. The Island is less crowded with many events to attend and the temperature ranges in the 70's-80's.
