At our cottage you can entertain in the private garden patio or take your picnic just a short 2 blocks to Capitola Beach. Village shops, wine bars, art galleries, restaurants and coffee houses are just a few steps away. The large backyard is private and furnished with everything you need to relax or BBQ.
Amenities include: 1300 SqFt, 2+ Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths plus an outdoor shower. Queen size bed in downstairs bedroom, two sets of bunk beds(queen & twin)in the large upstairs bedroom. Two queen size sofa beds in living room. Easily sleeps 6-10 comfortably. Perfect for couples, friends, girls weekend away or a family get away!
The Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor as well as the world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz’s Pacific Avenue shopping & entertainment district is just a 15 minute drive.
