Amenities include: 1300 SqFt, 2+ Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths plus an outdoor shower. Queen size bed in downstairs bedroom, two sets of bunk beds(queen & twin)in the large upstairs bedroom. The Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor as well as the world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz’s Pacific Avenue shopping & entertainment district is just a 15 minute drive.
