Tastefully decorated 2 year old condo with gorgeous views of the white sands and waters of one of the largest and most beautiful bays in the world, Banderas Bay.
Over 2800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with huge wrap around balcony with wet bar. Individually controlled central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. However,much of the time you will prefer to leave the sliding doors open and enjoy the tropical breezes as you listen to the nearby waves crashing on shore 24/7.
Playa Royale is part of the 440 acre Paradise Village resort. A secure, safe, guard gated community located 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Lush, well maintained tropical gardens surround the complex. There is a large, circular pool with spa as well as a large children's pool in the center of the grounds. There is a pool side grill/bar that serves delicious food and drinks with poolside service.
Right outside of the gate are the white sands of the beach. The beaches in Nuevo Vallarta are the best in the Vallarta area with miles of safe, clean white sand great for walking or watching the many boats and ocean life.
On site is a new, 14 million dollar fitness center and sports complex with an Olympic size pool that can be utilized by all for a one time fee of US $75 per family/group (of up to 5 people). El Tigre is an on site, championship 18 hole golf course that was recently host to a Canadian Tour event.
A short walk from the condo is a modern mall with fully-equipped grocery store, retail shops, and a number of restaurants including a variety of cuisines. The familiar McDonalds, Subway, Baskin and Robbins, etc. are also there too.
If you want to leave the complex, the bus system is convenient for travel into Puerto Vallarta. Large, comfortable buses leave from in front of Paradise Village mall every 20 minutes for the 30 minute trip to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Cabs are available for a fare of $15 one way to downtown. A water-taxi is also available from Paradise Village mall.
The condo is fully equipped with 32 inch television in the living room with all English satellite TV and DVD. There is a second TV in the master bedroom. There is wireless internet access in the condo and in the main lobbys. The terrace is well equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy the views and breezes.
The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and painted with 2 master bedrooms having king beds and the other 2 queens. Each bedroom has its own bath, one with a tub. There is a contemporary kitchen with all necessities. Enjoy meals on the terrace, in the dining room or on the granite breakfast bar. The dining room has a large, marble top table that seats 8 with views of the ocean. The living room has several comfortable chairs and an L-shaped sofa, also with beautiful views.
Puerto Vallarta is a town that comes alive at night, filled with sights and sounds and known for its friendly fun loving people. There is a world of exploring and a variety of activities for everyone. Be sure to visit Old Town where the locals sell their colorful wares.
The Malecon is a must see. Situated on the water front in downtown Puerto Vallarta, it has towering palm trees and some incredible sculptures and wonderful entertainment. Dine in one of many fine restaurants or grab a bite in town square. Top off the night with a stop at one of the many oceanfront night clubs and watch the brilliant fireworks light up the sky over the bay.
The employees of Playa Royale and Paradise Village are mostly bi-lingual, friendly and more than willing to assist in any needs you may have. Midweek and move out cleanings are included in the rental rate.
