CAR LOANER or YACHT CHARTER: Promotion is from October 1, 2011 till May 1, 2012 only. You can only pick either the complimentary Yacht ride (1.5 hours max) or the use of the 2011 Toyota Highlander. Must be 30 years old or older, have a valid driver's liscense, proof of insurance and a $500 damage deposit. 100 miles per day limit. We would prefer that you do not exceed the 100 miles daily limit, but if you must, then there is a .90 per mile charge after the 100 miles.
HOME DESCRIPTION: TC Property Management Inc. is offering this beautiful million-dollar home with approximately 2500 square feet of luxury and tranquility. This magnificent property is situated directly on the southwest shores of Lake Washington and comes with its own 50 foot dock and 42 feet of waterfront. Downtown Seattle is about 8 miles away and doesn't involve a single turn. A straight drive from the home to the heart of the city is approximately 15 to 25 minutes. For the added convenience, Safeway, Fred Meyer and Wal Mart are only a couple of miles away on the same street in either direction.
The home was completely remodeled in 2006 with top grade materials including a very luxurious 5 piece all marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi. In addition, we have a stainless steel Viking Professional gourmet kitchen, which includes a professional grade six burner gas stove for the avid cook.
This home offers 5 comfortably appointed bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. The bed count is as follows: 4 queens, 2 twins, one double size futon in the small family room and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The master suite has the queen size sleigh memory foam bed that will assure ultimate comfort and a private 200 square foot balcony accessed through french doors. Walk out through these doors and you will be overwhelmed by the serenity of your unobstructed 180 degrees view of the lake, Seahawk training stadium and Mercer Island. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms also sport queen beds that are comfortable. The 5th bedroom wraps it up with two twin beds. The whole entertainment floor (lower) has a 10 feet high (extensively customed and gorgeous) ceiling that boasts around 90 light bulbs and 14 switches that turns on a seemingly endless array of lighting options. From a romantic dinner for two, to entertaining a party of 14, these lights will surely set the stage for success. To complete the luxury package, we also have new custom laid oak flooring, solid granite countertops and a beautiful solid marble dining table.
The back yard has two new decks of grand proportions to handle the maximum occupancy comfortably.. Of course a big deck dictates a big bbq, hence our Straublestone stainless steel bbq with three burners to satisfy the most demanding back yard entertainer. Propane is provided.
We understand that this is a time for you so we've have gone through great lengths to offer you our "Pampered Package" option. We've contracted a licensed Massage Therapist, Beautician and Cosmetologist to be at your service and at your rental.
Parking for up to 3 or 4 vehicles is immediately in front of the home and there are plenty of extra parking off street.
Lake Washington is a huge 21,000 surface acre lake that is 15 miles long and home to the most prestigious properties that Washington State has to offer, including but not limited to the estates of Bill Gates and Paul Allen.
Charter service on our newer 44-foot yacth is available and will surely include a visit to Bill Gates’ mansion, the Space Needle, Montlake Cut (University of Washington Stadium) and many many other great tourist locations from the water. Jetski rentals are also available and will be brought to your private dock. You will be steps (15 to be exact) away from such activities as swimming, boating, jet skiing, canoeing and fishing(2 fishing poles provided). If it’s winter (December thru March), snowmobile rentals and a personal trail guide is available.

My wife, brother and his wife had the opportunity to rent the property. What a beautiful spot. We were at a perfect location, near the city and near the airport area where we went to be picked up for the three tours we took of the wineries, city and locks. Very comfortable and the loaner car was a excellent option for our trip. A new Highlander, what could be better and the views from dock were amazing.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful view from the rear deck. The state of the art kitchen was a dream to work in. The downstairs bathroom reminded us of a spa. The bedding was comfortable so all got a good nights sleep. Our GPS had a little trouble finding the allyway to the unit, but once found there was adequate parking. Easy driving distance from the airport and to downtown. The owner was extremely polite and responded to all emails and phone calls immediately. I would highly recommend this unit and location for anyone visiting the Seattle area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This home is in such a great location, right next to the water. It is really beautiful. We so enjoyed to see how the water changes each day - some days choppy and gray looking, other days beautiful, still and blue. This is a convenient home, and we enjoyed exploring the Seattle area from here. But coming back after our ays adventure was always such a delight. This property worked really well for my family, who were vacationing as 3 generations. The youngest 3 years, and the oldest 70. It works best for families I think, and you will be more rest-assured if your kids can swim as it is so close to the water. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this to friends.

We will certainly recommend your property to friends, families and our church members. We know the place sells itself but the bonus is.....the owner's excellence in customer service. You and your rental far exceeded our humble expectations. We are very grateful for all that took place in the last four days because you made it possible for us. Dale and I would like to come back in the future. Our time spent at your property with our families was so relaxing and very comfortable that it was hard to say goodbye to each other and to the property.
