Luxury villa with Private Pool, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a luxury and safe environment on the beautiful island of Curacao.

The villa is situated in the Jan Sofat area, on the east side of Curacao, close to many tourist attractions, beaches and shops. The Jan Sofat area is a gated area, access only for residents. It is one of most upscale neighborhoods and you will enjoy the beautiful views to the so called Spanish Waters.

Description: The villa is elevated a little bit, so you have tremendous views form every place.
The villa has two floors.

Lower floor: living room with TV/DVD, comfortable couches and a dining table. Kitchen with all the appliances you are used to at home. There is also a washing machine. From the living room and the kitchen, there are many doors to the back- and front terraces. One bedroom and bathroom are situated on the lower floor, giving access to the terrace adjacent to the pool area. A separate toilet is also provided. Bedding is new and all box spring type mattresses.

Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 of them with its own bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. Two bedrooms give spaces to the balcony-terrace overlooking the area of the Spanish Waters.
Bedding: all new; 1 bedroom has 4 beds, the other two have two beds. A crib is provided.

Outside area: Nice pool(4,5 x 9 meters, about 14 x 60 feet) with several depths and magnificent views over the area. Sunbeds and chairs are around the pool area. Parking is inside the premises, gated and safe. The garden and pool are maintained.

The villa is air-conditioned in the bedrooms with (silent) split level units. The villa is situated, however, on a hillside location where the gentle trade winds will provide a very comfortable micro climate throughout the year.

The recently built (2006) villa with private pool is ideal for groups (up to 10 guests) or for families with children.
