"Bahama Bungalow" is located in the heart of Mission Beach just steps from the ocean. This is a remodeled, three bedroom, two bath, private beach house that fits everyone's demands.
The living area has a full kitchen that flows into the dining area/great room. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and new iPod deck. The French doors open up to a nice private patio with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and cozy furniture. There is an outdoor shower also. The three bedrooms are all on the second level.
This non-smoking house is called "Bahama Bungalow" because it is decorated to give you that relaxing Bahamas feel indoors and out.

We had a great time at this place! The location was only steps from the beach. We rented this house in March 2010. It has parking space on the property for 3 small cars. It has all the amenities on home, including a washer/dryer. It was been one of the best places I've rented in San Diego. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to be near the beach and all the nearby activities. David was easy to work with and very pleasant.

We rented this house in March 2010. I can tell you that the location was very ideal; only a few blocks from the beach! There is parking on the property for 3 small cars. It had all the comforts of home, complete with a washer and dryer. Everything was nearby. This has been one of the best rentals in San Diego that I've rented. David was great to work with. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Mission Beach! Yolanda
