Come and Make Memories at our Villa by the Ocean with Private Beach. Each villa is privately owned and decorated and we spared no expense in furnishing this villa with all the comforts of home. This villa has everything you could want on vacation. Relax and enjoy in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. Sleeps 6 (1 Queen, 2 Twins & sofa bed) living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This cozy villa has been newly renovated. Just a short walk on our private boardwalk over the marsh to the ocean front cabana bar, Coco's on the Beach with serves food, drinks and also has restrooms. Shuttle service ia also available.
No matter what your looking for you'll find it near our villa. We have equipped our villa with everything you could possibly need during your stay. READY FOR THE BEACH!! We even have beach chairs, beach buggy and beach umbrella for you to take to the beach. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have FUN and play in the sun!! Private oceanfront cabana bar & grill is open until midnight, in season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) weather permitting! Hilton Head Resort is a gated community and has 24 hour security.

"Our first time to South Carolina and we will definitely be back! We lucked out with the weather - 80 degrees and sunny EVERY DAY. This resort has something for everyone...we loved bike riding on the beach, swimming in the outdoor pool during the day and in the indoor pool at night. The grill next to the outdoor pool served fantastic food as was so convenient! And we LOVED CoCo's On the Beach - totally put us in the vacation mood. Thanks for the memories!"

This is a cute little 2 bedroom that fit our needs perfectly. We were rarely there but to eat a few meals. The owners were helpful with any questions and needs. The property is very well maintained. There is a hair dryer and iron for use and a few games. I didn't see any DVDs. Just an FYI, the kitchen is stocked with all items for cooking but there aren't any type of condiements, spices, sugar, etc on hand. We did buy some beach toys and left them. Our two boys enjoyed using the boogie boards available. The location is great as it is handy for the indoor pool, which we used daily. It's a very nice area. The deli/store by the pool stocks a lot of stuff and has internet as well. The condo is close to the boardwalk heading to the beach, where we also went daily. It's a 5 min walk or so and we caught the shuttle sometimes. We took side trips to Tybee Island, GA and Chalreston. We went to Harbour Town (the bugs were awful; I was so glad to not be staying out there although it was really nice with all the shops.). We rented bikes from a Place in Palmetto Dunes because we needed a double and a baby seat. This was a great place to rent from because you can ride all over that area and then we took the underpass over to Shelter Cove and rode around. We shopped and ate out at Coligny Plaza. Very cute area. Took the kids mini golfing down the street at the big place on the corner. They have two courses. We LOVED Hilton Head and hope we can come back. We bought necessities at Publix and Wal Mart. Seattle Family

"Sisters' Vacation" September 2009 This is our 2nd yr. We love seeing the marsh and beach at dif. times of the day. Another plus is the huge indoor recreation area (a good place in rainy weather). The condo is a nice getaway place to stay. I feel confortable with emailing the owners with questions. We ate at the "Sea Shack". It will be my favorite place for lunch. See you next year!

August 29th-Sept 4th, 2009 We haven't had such a relaxing vacation in a very long time! Your villa is adorable and we loved the beach decor. We were very impressed with the pools and workout area. The beautiful white sandy beach made us feel like we were in the tropics. We were pleasantly surprised at all the restaurants and things to see. We especially enjoyed Harbortown with the lighthouse, shopping and sightseeing. Can't wait for a return visit. We will recommend you to our friends and family..Thanks for the great time, and much needed rest.
