Once inside the steel gate, you are in your own desert oasis. No one can see in, but you can see dramatic mountain vistas from every room! Very close to shopping, restaurants, golf and tennis resorts and all Palm Springs has to offer.

The home offers 2450 sq. ft. of contemporary styling and luxurious materials. Italian porcelain tile floors, designer carpeting, Dupioni silk draperies, roman shades and miles of slab granite and marble and slate mosaic tile grace the huge rooms and high ceilings.

The home is set up for entertaining with a flowing floor plan and sliding doors that open to an intimate courtyard on one side and an outdoor pool "room" on the other. The home has two bedroom suites on opposite sides of the house for maximum privacy.

The main house has an enormous master suite with a queen size bed, its own separate study, 2 walk-in closets, separate lavatory areas, deep soaking tub, huge granite and glass shower and large toilet room. The views are spectacular and the bedroom opens to a private patio with 2 chase lounges and 3 bubbling fountains.

The second bedroom suite is in a separate "casita" across a courtyard from the main house. The casita offers a queen size bed, reading area, walk-in closet and bath with large tiled shower. The mountain views are also beautiful from this room.

The living room has a marble mosaic tiled fireplace and lots of glass. The dining and den areas all flow from the living room and have lovely courtyard, pool and mountain views. The kitchen is a gourmet’s delight with all stainless steel appliances, wall oven, convection microwave, 36’ refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner stove, large pantry and center island with breakfast bar. Counters are all slab granite and splashes are marble mosaic. There is also a large laundry room with deep sink.
