The living room has a wood burning fireplace and big screen TV and a sliding glass door opens onto a balcony that has outdoor seating and a gas grill. The balcony looks out over a nicely landscaped court yard area and directly to your right you are overlooking the complex's outdoor swimming pool which is provided for your enjoyment. The complex's laundry facility is located in the building next to the pool.
The condo is completely furnished with service for eight, blender, coffee maker, popcorn maker, microwave, and all modern conveniences. All linens are provided and the home is ready to make your trip to reno easy, affordable and fun. A grocery store and gas station are a short minute drive away.
