This 3,000 sq. foot home is located on 5.5 acres just outside Arapaho National Forest, with views of the Gore Range and the Continental Divide and Wolford Reservoir in the distance. Two hours from Denver and 1 hour to all major ski towns.

Home features: large king master suite w/ private bath and over-sized tub, vaulted ceilings with many windows to the huge views, sun room with private, extra-jetted therapy hot tub, queen guest bedroom with adjacent 1/2 bath (new with heated floors), entertainment room with wet bar, incredible gourmet kitchen with stainless and granite, large living room, two wood stoves (wood available), loft and office area, 2-stall garage with opener, large deck with furniture, picnic area with campfire and horseshoe pit, and more.

You'll feel like you left the world behind, yet Kremmling is less than 20 minutes for shopping and dining. Arapaho national forest just 2 minutes from house has excellent fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain or road biking, cross-country skiing on groomed trails, snowmobiling, and ATV trails. 10 minutes to Wolford Reservoir for boating and fishing. Guides and outfitters available and near hunting units 27, 15, 36, 37, and 18. Snowmobile & ATV right from the house!

So peaceful and quiet, nestled in the aspen trees! Trailer-friendly circle drive and plenty of room to park your toys (boat, snowmobiles, ATV’s, etc.). Relax in the therapy hot tub while taking in the amazing view!

Linens provided, washer/dryer, modern kitchen with all appliances and utensils, gas BBQ, and weekly maid service provided. Land line phone and excellent cell signal (Verizon). Dish TV with DVR and DVD player!

Sleeps 6 people very spaciously with a bathroom for each couple. There is also a large, comfortable sofa or bring your own pads/bedding for a couple more. Maximum 8 people and 2 pets.
