A very spacious converted stone built barn. One vast master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower room and separate dressing room with views of grass fields. I separate self contained 'apartment' with own access door - including hallway and private bathroom.

Blarney Villate is a buzzy village with several restaurants and pubs set around a village square. In fact, it is one of the last remaining estate villages to remain intact.

There is easy access to the beautiful coastline and peninsulas of West Cork and Kerry.

The garden is privately fenced and beautifully maintained by the professional gardeners of Blarney Castle. The huge kitchen has two cookers including a two door Aga. It is oil centrally heated. There is an American fridge/freezer with French doors leading from the Kitchen onto the terrace. Separate utility room. There is a separate office with broadband facilities. The beds and linen are of a very high quality. The coast is 50 minutes drive away with its renowned sailing facilities.
