The Unique Benefits of this Home
The proximity to the beach and its access is the best in Palmetto Dunes! Brigantine is located on what they call a “T-Road” (private dead-end street that is shaped like a T) which is where all of the first and second row homes are located. BRIGANTINE is the ONLY street that has direct beach path on the private T-Road. All the other streets you have to go to Mooring Buoy and then to a 3rd row beach path.
