This beautifully decorated southwest home is located in Alto, NM just North of Ruidoso, and offers access to the Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club as a guest. For Golf, Swimming, Tennis, and Fine Dining (for an additional club fee).
This home features a Private Hot Tub. It is approximately five minutes to Ski Run Road and has easy access in the winter,and is located ten minutes to Mid-Town Shopping and Restaurants in beautiful Ruidoso, New Mexico. Ruidoso and Ruidoso Downs also have close access to Casinos and Horse Racing in the summer months.
This home has two levels. There is a large and comfortable living area with a gas burning fireplace, a seperate dining area and a full kitchen.There is a loft area to sit in for reading ,and it has two bedrooms upstairs,both have queen beds.The Master Bedroom is located down stairs and has a king size bed, there is a sofa sleeper for extra guests.There are two full baths in this home.You will enjoy the peace and serenity that this home has to offer you, and there are plenty of deer to watch from the back deck.We will provide you with a gas grill upon request. It rents for $150.00 a night off season,$200.00 ski and summer,$250.00 a night on holidays.There is a one time cleaning fee of $105.00 when reserving this home.No Pets or Smoking.
