After dark, pour your self a glass of wine and relax next to the outdoor firepit, your options are endless. With 60 feet of private beach and 50 feet of boat docking space your choices of activities are endless. If you like water sports, you can swim, boat, fish, sail or water-ski. If not you can enjoy the flowers in the garden and the awesome sunsets. Bring the family to the lake and plan on having a vacation you'll always remember. The views from the attached decks are fantastic. The beach is just 150 feet from the home. The only thing you need to bring are the groceries and your clothes - all the cooking utensils, the outdoor grill, lawn furniture are provided. Inside the tastefully decorated brand new home you'll find a refrigerator, microwave, six burner gas stove and washer and dryer as well as TVs. It's waiting just for you. The home can be rented as a four bedroom(three king and one queen, 1st,second & third floors) and three bathrooms, one on each floor. Spectacular views of the Lake and Adirondack Mountains from second and third floor. There is a outdoor private balcony off the second floor master bedroom. The master bedrooms are furnished with the Hemingway collection by Thomasville.

4 BR/3 Master BA,(3 king-1 queen)---$3,500 weekly,$1,000.at booking,
signing of lease within 2weeks of booking and an additioal $500,payment
$1,000. by May 1st, balance 30 days prior to arrival along with a
A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $5000. (separate check) will not be cashed unless
items are missing or there is damage to the facility. Your Security
Check will be destroyed or returned 30 days after your checkout date.
Your drivers licence and both sides of a credit card to be submitted.
Weekend Rates are $500 per night $1500 weekly  during the OFF- SEASON
