We just got back home after a 7 night stay at Ms Caroline's beautiful condo. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for the last 8 years and always stay at Phoenix III. This, by far, was the most comfortable and cozy condo we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, it has. The furniture, colors, and decor are amazing. Just like I would have at home! My husband never sleeps well, and the first night we were there, he didn't wake up at his usual 4:00-4:30..... he actually slept till 7:00. Amazing!! The bed was "that" comfortable. The 2 girls sleeping in the other room said it was comfortable also! One big "plus" for me was the great furniture on the balcony. So many have plastic, and this had a beautiful new bistro set and iron chairs with cushions. So comfy! With it being on the 4th floor, it was high enough to enjoy the view, but low enough that you didn't have to wait on the elevator! I have to mention the full size washer/dryer, huge kitchen sink, and hardwood/tile combo floors. (the large HD Flat Screen TV was a plus also :) Thanks Ms Caroline for your hospitality and the use of your home away from home. We will be in touch next year!!

We enjoyed our first trip to Orange Beach tremendously. The condo was tastefully decorated with easy access to the elevators and very well equipped. Views from the 4th floor were beautiful. The condo overlooks the pool, with oceanfront views from the living room and master bedroom. Thanks for sharing your "home away from home" with us. We hope to see you again next year.

We just returned from a relaxig time at this beautiful condo. I must say that the decor and color scheme was beautiful. The colors were more relaxng than the bright and bold colors that you find in most rentals.It truly was a home away from home. I highly recommend. The amenties were amazing, Good food, great weather, and outlets:all this makes for a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix 3. The condo was very updated with a great look. It makes you feel right at home. It was also very clean. The owner is very easy to work with. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will definatley be back.

We loved the condo! The condo had been remodeled and the finishes were great! I am extremely picky about where I stay on vacations. This condo met and exceeded all my expectations. It was very clean and well maintained. Both of the beds were extremely comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more! I would definitely stay here again!

This property is everything Caroline, the owner, advertises. I love to cook, and the kitchen was the most well-stocked that we have ever rented. The decor and comfort are emmaculate. We especially liked the condo being close to the elevator, very helpful with a little one. The washer and dryer are stackables, but FULL SIZE! The master bedroom bed was unbelievably comfortable! The second bedroom can be made very dark for those of you who need that to sleep well. Everything in the condo, the inside & outside pools, indoor hot tubs (there are 2!) the sauna and racquetball court were easily accessible and always clean. The beach is just steps away and we did not see any signs of oil balls. I will finish up with how wonderful the owner was to work with. I had a special request for a crock-pot and she had one waiting on me. I will definitely rent from Caroline again. From one beach lover to another, thank you for making Christmas 2010 a comfy, cozy unforgettable time at Orange Beach!

Caroline's condo was excellent, great price, wonderful view, very well furnished. Caroline answered all my questions and was very easy to deal with. We had a wonderful experience and will be returning next May. My security deposit was refunded very quickly. It was an experience like no other for us.
