  • My wife and I stayed here four nights in late October. Our stay was very relaxing and very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the ammenities. The view from the balcony was truly magnificent and the beach was clean, beautiful, and uncrowded. The entire complex was clean and well kept. This property lived up to all my expectations.   • My family and I stayed at this condo and had one of the best vacations ever. My husband and I had our two kids, my mother, my sister, and nephew with us. There was something for all ages. The kids were never bored and the adults could relax. Every thing you would need was on site (except the grocery) which was right down the road. We cooked, grilled and ate at resturants within 2 miles of the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again Caroline for such a wonderful vacation.

  • Just wanted to let you know just how much we enjoyed the use of your Condo at Orange Beach Alabama. The View and Condo were outstanding. The Beaches were well kept and clean, and the staff was very professional and charming. The location was perfect as we were able to enjoy all the local dinning facilities, and all were less than 10 minutes from the Condo. This is a rental Condo I will recommend to my Friends and Family. We really appreciate your willingness to make our reservations experience less complicated. Hope we can come back soon..

  • My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Carolyn's condo in Orange Beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The Phoenix is a great place to stay, with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, beautiful beach and raquetball courts. Carolyn was incredibly helpful and nice to work with. I would gladly reccomend this condo to anyone.

  • My wife and I had a wonderful time. The condo is everything you would expect and want in a rental. It was well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen and the furnishings were upscale. The owner was available and willing to make sure everything was alright, even though not on site. The beach was beautiful, white sand and well groomed. Orange beach reminded me of how Destin Beach was 20 years ago, clean and not commercialized. We really had a great time, and would recommend this property and Presido beach in general.

  • It was the most wonderful booking experience ever. Our original reservations were wiped out by hurricanes but Caroline bent over backwards to accomodate us at a later date. Her unit is wonderful and working with her is even better.
