We just returned from Orange Beach and had a wonderful time! Loved this condo and will definitely recommend it to my friends. Caroline was a pleasure to work with and the condo lacked nothing. Many nice amenities and beautifully decorated!! We'll definitely stay here when we go back!

We were new to Orange Beach this Easter weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The beach was BEAUTIFUL! The condo was clean and comfy with plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the balcony furniture because it was not plastic! The owner was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great value, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

We just got back home after a 7 night stay at Ms Caroline's beautiful condo. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for the last 8 years and always stay at Phoenix III. This, by far, was the most comfortable and cozy condo we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, it has. The furniture, colors, and decor are amazing. Just like I would have at home! My husband never sleeps well, and the first night we were there, he didn't wake up at his usual 4:00-4:30..... he actually slept till 7:00. Amazing!! The bed was "that" comfortable. The 2 girls sleeping in the other room said it was comfortable also! One big "plus" for me was the great furniture on the balcony. So many have plastic, and this had a beautiful new bistro set and iron chairs with cushions. So comfy! With it being on the 4th floor, it was high enough to enjoy the view, but low enough that you didn't have to wait on the elevator! I have to mention the full size washer/dryer, huge kitchen sink, and hardwood/tile combo floors. (the large HD Flat Screen TV was a plus also :) Thanks Ms Caroline for your hospitality and the use of your home away from home. We will be in touch next year!!

We enjoyed our first trip to Orange Beach tremendously. The condo was tastefully decorated with easy access to the elevators and very well equipped. Views from the 4th floor were beautiful. The condo overlooks the pool, with oceanfront views from the living room and master bedroom. Thanks for sharing your "home away from home" with us. We hope to see you again next year.

We just returned from a relaxig time at this beautiful condo. I must say that the decor and color scheme was beautiful. The colors were more relaxng than the bright and bold colors that you find in most rentals.It truly was a home away from home. I highly recommend. The amenties were amazing, Good food, great weather, and outlets:all this makes for a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix 3. The condo was very updated with a great look. It makes you feel right at home. It was also very clean. The owner is very easy to work with. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will definatley be back.

Luxury and Hospitatlity Describe this Ocean-Front Condo!!

This property is everything Caroline, the owner, advertises. I love to cook, and the kitchen was the most well-stocked that we have ever rented. The decor and comfort are emmaculate. We especially liked the condo being close to the elevator, very helpful with a little one. The washer and dryer are stackables, but FULL SIZE! The master bedroom bed was unbelievably comfortable! The second bedroom can be made very dark for those of you who need that to sleep well. Everything in the condo, the inside & outside pools, indoor hot tubs (there are 2!) the sauna and racquetball court were easily accessible and always clean. The beach is just steps away and we did not see any signs of oil balls. I will finish up with how wonderful the owner was to work with. I had a special request for a crock-pot and she had one waiting on me. I will definitely rent from Caroline again. From one beach lover to another, thank you for making Christmas 2010 a comfy, cozy unforgettable time at Orange Beach!

We loved the condo! The condo had been remodeled and the finishes were great! I am extremely picky about where I stay on vacations. This condo met and exceeded all my expectations. It was very clean and well maintained. Both of the beds were extremely comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more! I would definitely stay here again!

Caroline's condo was excellent, great price, wonderful view, very well furnished. Caroline answered all my questions and was very easy to deal with. We had a wonderful experience and will be returning next May. My security deposit was refunded very quickly. It was an experience like no other for us. Staying at this condo was a wonderful experience for my family. The beautiful gulf views were amazing to wake up to each morning. It was a bit cool to get in the gulf so the indoor pool was great for my 6 year old. I definitey will stay there again when I have a chance. The communication with the owner was easy and the deposit was sent back almost by the time I got back home. Thanks for a great time.

I'll be honest ... I had never stayed in a condo before I reserved Caroline's wonderful place on the beach, and now I am completely spoiled! If you are looking for the perfect beach get-away, this is it. It was decorated beautifully, had a large balcony that we loved (we may have stayed out there as much as inside), and it was SOOO comfortable. You can open the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, and listen to the waves at night. I hope to be making a return visit as soon as possible, so be listening for my call, Caroline :)

My wife and I stayed here four nights in late October. Our stay was very relaxing and very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the ammenities. My family and I stayed at this condo and had one of the best vacations ever. My husband and I had our two kids, my mother, my sister, and nephew with us. There was something for all ages. The kids were never bored and the adults could relax. Every thing you would need was on site (except the grocery) which was right down the road. We cooked, grilled and ate at resturants within 2 miles of the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again Caroline for such a wonderful vacation.

Just wanted to let you know just how much we enjoyed the use of your Condo at Orange Beach Alabama. The View and Condo were outstanding. The Beaches were well kept and clean, and the staff was very professional and charming. The location was perfect as we were able to enjoy all the local dinning facilities, and all were less than 10 minutes from the Condo. This is a rental Condo I will recommend to my Friends and Family. My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Carolyn's condo in Orange Beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The Phoenix is a great place to stay, with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, beautiful beach and raquetball courts. Carolyn was incredibly helpful and nice to work with. I would gladly reccomend this condo to anyone.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The condo is everything you would expect and want in a rental. It was well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen and the furnishings were upscale. The owner was available and willing to make sure everything was alright, even though not on site. The beach was beautiful, white sand and well groomed. Orange beach reminded me of how Destin Beach was 20 years ago, clean and not commercialized. We really had a great time, and would recommend this property and Presido beach in general.

It was the most wonderful booking experience ever. Our original reservations were wiped out by hurricanes but Caroline bent over backwards to accomodate us at a later date. Her unit is wonderful and working with her is even better.
