The "Purple Parrot" is an absolute "Coastal Living" style showplace, just competed in May 2007.
The floorplan is perfect- 1 Master suite down, 1 Master suite up, and even has a third floor "Crow's Nest" Game Room, with Air Hockey, Foos-ball and a billiards table for family fun. The Main floor is a "Great Room" layout, and there is a second-floor "Sitting Room" for reading or quieter pursuits. Truly a great layout.
This house is situated in a small, private Gulf-front neighborhood that has its own private Gulf of Mexico beach, plus a pool and tennis court. The house itself is just a few hundred yards from the beach walkover, and even comes with a matching purple golf-cart to whisk you and your things to the beach or pool with ease. The house also comes with four beach bikes for exploring the area. The neighborhood is adjacent to the golf course, and to the Audubon Bird Sanctuary.
This house has beautiful views of the Gulf from the second and third floors, with a panoramic view from the third floor "Crow's Nest" game room. . . . not to be missed!
