Charming, 100 year old, Sea Captain's historic home...
This island was once partially owned by David Rockefeller. It has 24 year round residents and generally 35 people in the summer months. The island is three miles by three miles with only one mile of paved road. No red lights, no stop signs, no stores, no paparazzi. Just you and your friends back to nature on a remote Island. This Island is very quiet and isolated from people. You can walk to the lobstermen and purchase your lobsters caught that day.
The house accommodates three couples comfortably. The house is dead center of the harbor and overlooks boats entering and leaving the harbor. We own eight acres surrounding the house. The Island can be reached by limited ferry service which taxis your car on scheduled days and by private boats on other days.
