Why the Owner Chose Aqua
We bought at Aqua because it's the finest condominium resort in Panama City Beach. The architecture has won national awards and, as you can see, it's beautiful. The amenities of the resort are outstanding and the kids programs can't be beat. The location is perfect, within a short walk of the Pier Park shopping/dining/entertainment complex and close to the new Panama City International Airport, openning in 2010. Our 10th floor location is high enough to eliminate noise from the street and gives a fantastic view of the beach from horizon to horizon.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love walking from our beach chairs to Sharky's restaurant for a terrific lunch without ever leaving the beach. And since 2 padded lounge chairs with a huge umbrella are set up daily for the exclusive use of our condo, we only have to carry a bag with paperbacks and sunscreen down to the beach. When it's time for dinner, if we don't feel like cooking it's a treat to walk to one of the wonderful restaurants at Pier Park or to Tootie's Orchid Lounge for a taste of Nashville. If we decide to eat at home, the kitchen has every item we need to cook a gourmet meal and there's a fresh seafood market five minutes away. But nothing beats sitting out on the balcony at sunset with a good book and a glass of wine!

This condo is owned by two television cameramen, Rob and Mark, and our wives JoEllen and Robyn. After more than 20 years each in the TV business, Mark and Rob were looking for a place to relax, catch up on sleep and books, do a little fishing, and work on our tans. And of course, watch TV which is why we have HDTV's in the living room and master bedroom with upgraded cable so we can see our work in true high definition!
