Come and spend a weekend, week, month or longer at this LARGE 3/3 condo on the bay in Orange Beach, Alabama. Perdido Grande is located off Canal Road in Orange Beach, and this unit has everything you need. Besides a 2000+ square foot luxary unit, we have a LARGE boat slip and have provided an off-site storage facility for you to place your trailer or additional parking for an RV, extra vehicle, etc.
The unit is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully functional and contains everything for your cooking needs! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and there are two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each room has a TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The den has a TV, DVD player, stereo and board games. Everything you need to make this your new home - be it a night, weekend, week or longer!
The balcony has view of the Perdido Pass Bridge. You can sit out and watch the boats come and go through the pass!
The complex is minutes from great restaurants, water parks, Rave movie theatre, marinas, the ocean, charter fishing, etc. Everything you need is at the touch of your fingertips!

This unit was such a perfect fit for our two families. The Perdido Grande is such a nice complex, with everything one could want in a vacation destination. The unit was nicely furnished and the layout was perfect! No one felt cramped at any time. We actually didn't want to leave. Everyone we met, both guests and personnel, was nice and friendly. The "husbands" enjoyed fishing off the pier (even caught a few flounder) and the women and children loved the pools, sauna, hot tub, and steam room. All these amenities made for a wonderful Spring Break. Thanks, Laura, for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We are looking at calendars now for a possible Summer trip.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo at Perdido Grand. It was beautifully decorated & comfortable. We couldn't get over how much room it had! It's nice to know we found such an awesome place for our Orange Beach visits! We will be back!

We had a terrific time at the Perdido Grande! The condo was very large and nicely appointed. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool which sits right next to the bay. My son's (an avid fisherman) favorite spot was the pier where he caught white and speckled trout almost every night. Thanks for sharing your summer home with our family. It was a great experience!
