We have achieved one of our dreams, to own a house in the middle of a tropical paradise, in one of the most glamorous and fast growing area of Southwest Florida: the Naples Bay area
Our Unit is situated in the Grandezza Golf Community in ‘Sabal Palm’ neighbourhood just in front of the Ninth hole of a spectacular Golf Course.
The unit sleeps comfortably 6 people (it also has a crib for a baby) and is composed of living room and dining area, kitchen and kitchen’s nook, master bedroom and in suite master bathroom, guest room and in suite bathroom, den (3rd bedroom), lanai (patio), laundry room and garage.
The unit is completely turnkey ready and include 2 television sets, DVD and VCR and basic cable connection, gourmet kitchen with all the tools and accessories you may need…you can even arrange for a maid to do the weekly cleaning and enjoy our house in complete relax. Long Distance Communication is available (separate charges apply).
Membership at the Grandezza Golf Club is out selling other Southwest Florida area clubs. And there’s good reason. The 18th-hole championship course, described as both beauty and the beast, is as scenic as it is challenging. Rolling fairways lined with woods and dotted with ball catching bunkers offer scene-scapes of lakes and streams

Why the Owner Chose Grandezza
Having three kids we have found South West Florida one of most friendly vacation spot in Florida and the beaches, with their white sand and shallow water are perfect for building sand castles and great bath time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Grandezza is a great Golf Community.
Our unit is a minute walk from the neighbourhood swimming club and a few minutes from the Club House where you can enjoy the use of two restaurant and a swimming pool casual burger joint.
The Golf Course is well maintained and an interesting one where advanced golfer can enjoy trying new strategies and find plenty of challenges.
The amenities in Grandezza are all excellent and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient. From golf to tennis, a relaxing morning in the swimming pool with the kids, we have always enjoyed our stay in Grandezza.
We also enjoy being next to the Miramar Outlets that represent great value and outstanding quality in their offer of shops.

We decided to purchase a property in the USA just before moving out of New York due to a career transfer to London. I work for an Italian investment bank and moving around the world has been almost like an extreme sport: right now I am commuting between London and New York on a tight shift.
I believe we have achieved one of our dreams, to own a house in the middle of a tropical paradise, in one of the most glamorous and fast growing area of Southwest Florida: the Naples Bay area.
Unfortunately we cannot appreciate and live our dream completely…at least unless my employer expand into Florida, therefore we would like to give to someone else the chance to appreciate and enjoy the grand life of this lovely place.
