The property we stayed at was beautiful! It was so nice to walk in and be so pleasently surprised. Everything was so well kept and clean. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure that everything you would need is there. Their pool was so nice and also very well kept. Terre Verde is off the beaten path but close to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. The townhome itself is located just a short walk from the resort's clubhouse and pool. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable the whole time. The owners are very easy to work with and we can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We go to Florida about twice a year. This is by far our favorite place to stay, and we have stayed at 3 other rental homes as well as numerous hotels and resorts.It feels like home. The owner is wonderful and accommodating. We will stay again and again !

Have visited Orlando for last 8 years and this home and resort was the best yet. The owner (Don) provided excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The home is spacious, clean and very accommodating; everything you need. Resort wasn't too full so plenty of space around communal pool which is a lovely pool and the area is quiet and tranquil. Situated in a central position for all parks, shops and restaurants. There are 2 Walmarts less than 5 mins drive away. I checked out numerous houses on this resort and Don offered very reasonable rates. This house backs on to a conservation area so no one walking past when your'e in the pool, the only noise we heard were the birds singing in the trees. You also get the sun in the back pool area. Sun loungers were provided. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and we will be returning next year.

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay at this villa. The owners were helpful and prompt in answering questions prior to our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for visiting the parks. We would drive to Disney when the park opened and leave early afternoon. Arrive at the villa to relax and swim. We would then visit a different park early evening. My children loved the private pool so much we visited the clubhouse pool only once to swim. In addition, the villa is only a hour away from Cocoa Beach. I was impressed with the spaciousness and the open feel of the home. The listing photos were nice, but the home was better in person. We will definitely stay again and have already recommended this property to our friends.
