    Sandy, my husband, children and I had a wonderful time at the Sandpearl Resort. Your condo was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach. This was my family's first time staying at your condo and my second..     The Sandpearl Resort was top notch and renting from Sandy was worry-free. Everything about the resort was wonderful and the suite was perfect for my husband, my sons and me. Traveled with a 13 and 10 year old boy - one son slept on the pull out and the other on the air mattress with no complaints. Suite was equipped with everything you could possibly want from full kitchen to washer/dryer to games, sand toys and even a cooler for the beach. Location was right in the center of everything with fine restaurants, the pier and marina all within walking distance. I would reccomend the Sandpearl and working with Team Lefler to anyone! Thanks Sandy!

    We just returned from a wonderful week at the Sand Pearl Resort. This is the second year that we have enjoyed the amenities of this condo/suite. It is a lovely suite overlooking Clearwater Beach. We highly recommend that you spend some time in this environment and enjoy the great hospitality of the resort.

    My husband and I just returned from a six night stay at the Sandpearl Resort. What a delightful treat. This unit is so comfortable and clean. Sandy made the booking process very easy. We were greeted with a cold glass of champagne and settled in. The staff at the Sandpearl were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Don't miss the wonderful Sunday Brunch. It was amazing. I would definitely return and rent this unit again. Sandy even called on our last day to see if things went ok. How thoughtful. Thanks for everything.

    9/15/11 Just returned from a 4 day stay in this suite at the Sand Pearl. This is a top notch Resort. Sandy the owner was fantastic and was a pleasure dealing with.The beach was awsome. You can sit on the balcony and hear the live music from the pavilion each and every night but when it's time to turn in just shut the sliding door and it's as quite as can be.We had a great time the pool and cabanna staff we friendly and helped us plan our evening outings. We went to Publix Grocery the first day and got food for breakfest and lunch and adult refreshments for the beach. A pina colda was $9.50 and a Beer was $6.95 so you can save a some $$ at the grocery store. We were never asked to pay for our loungers or umbrella at the beach, from what I understand about $25.00 a day. We ate at the original Frenchy's just across the streent from the resort, also at the pavilion, both were great and reasonably priced. Did day trip to Tarpon Springs had Greek food at Mama's on the strip, good food reasonable prices, went to Duniden State Park, this has to be the best Shelling around, I must say Suite 727 is the real deal. On a scale of 1 to 10 it is a 9+. Must admit I picky about my Bed and this one was just a little harder than I am accustom to , our matress at home cost $1,600.00 and is featured at Hampton Inns at Home.com, When you look directly down from the balcony you see the loading docks for the resort, special note activity didn't start til around 9am. Needless to say we will be back to Suite 727. Have a blessed day.

    The Sandpearl Condo and Resort was a perfect getaway for our family. The staff was great, and I was surprised how kid friendly the resort and staff were. The room had everything you could need or want. The walk-in pool, beautiful decor, and gorgeous sunsets made it a perfect stay. Sandy was a pleasure to work with and we definitely hope to return next year!

    We have been to many places on vacation, but nothing beat this location, accommodations, and beach. Sandy was great making sure we had everything we need for our two kids. The staff was excellent at the resort as well. From the view off the balcony to the short walk to anything in Clearwater Beach, we could not have been happier.

    I just want to tell about how my stay in this wonderful resort and 1 bedroom suite. Sandy could not have handled the booking more easier. Was greeted as stated at the entrance with a cool drink and off to a sat dowm checkin area. The suites was as mention with great views of the ocean and the bay by night. The resort is super for small children and adults of all ages. It was a busy weekend as being the holiday but at no time felt crowded. Oh the starbucks was very slow and all 5 mornings they only had 1 person going drinks and food. Enjoyed the smore night watching the beautiful sunset. Will try to go back as soon as possible.

    After spending 8 days in Disney World, a week in your suite was heavenly. We arrived Christmas Eve 2009, and were so happy to see the resort decorated for Christmas - our kids' first one away from home. The suite was a perfect size for us, and we enjoyed having a kitchen for the basics. Sandpearl is a wonderful resort, and we will have to come back to enjoy the sun soon, as it was so cold the week we were there. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. My only negative comment would be that it could have been a bit cleaner - maybe the suite hadn't been used in awhile. The mirrors and stainless were quite "smeary". Maybe it is the products used. This would not deter me from renting from you again.

    Sandy, My Husband and I had a relaxing stay last October in your suite. I have to say upon entering the "sit down" guest registration office to your very quiet suite we were impressed from the start! We felt very pampered while we stayed here and enjoyed the power-boat race right in front of the hotel. (My husband loved it!) As this trip was a surprise anniversary gift to him. We had reserved places right on the beach with our very own personal waiter "Noah" who was very nice. I have already recommended your place to my friends and family members. The description of the place is all its says and MORE. Loved the view from your suite of both the Gulf & Mandalay Bay area. Have lots of great pics. from the visit. Can't wait to go back!     Sandy, our experience at the Sandpearl in your suite was everything we imagined. We had a terrific time and were so fortunate to have been referred to you. Thank you so much for everything. Our stay was amazing. It was such a great place to be for our pre-wedding relaxing, wedding, and after wedding hanging out as well. Rest and Relaxation at its best!     Team Lefler! All we can say is WOW! We had one of our best vacations in a long time! You were right...your place topped off with the Sandpearl's hospitality, tossed in with great weather and sand...equaled relaxation, a stress free enjoyment, and pampering we just couldn't have imagined. Clearwater Beach and Sandpearl are meant for one another...that small town charm is still there but accented now by the Sandpearl and it's luxury accommodations and facilities.
