PAY LESS RENT THAN YOU WOULD IN PHOENIX OR TUCSON for this brand new three bedroom, two bath house with two-car garage and RV parking that is located in a quiet town and quiet neighborhood.The house is a year old and is brand new in all aspects.

Arizona City is located almost exactly half way between Phoenix and Tucson right off of Intertstate 10. It is about a 50 minute drive to either city. You have a small town atmosphere, friendly people and eight golf courses within a 15 mile radius(this rental is 5 minutes away from the Arizona City Golf Course). Essentially you have the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS-THE RELAXED ATMOSPHERE of a small town (light traffic, friendly people, easy going attitudes, etc.) yet BOTH of the BIG CITIES ARE CONVENIENTLY CLOSE for evening or weekend outings. There are also a few thousand winter time visitors that use Arizona City and the surrounding small towns as their winter vacation home so you will have plenty of company. THIS RENTAL LOCATION ALLOWS YOU TO PICK THE THE LIFESTYLE YOU WANT-FROM VERY SIMPLE AND QUIET TO "ON THE GO" SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.

There are several state parks within a day's travel including the GRAND CANYON. If you are spending the winter in Arizona and get home sick for some snow the Flagstaff area is also within a day's drive.

And, last but not least, for those of you who are "Spring Training" fans, there are numerous major league baseball teams that use Phoenix and Tucson for their spring training locations.

Arizona City has its own grocery stores and restaurants however the town of Casa Grande is about eight miles away and offers a wider variety of the amenities (restaurants, shopping malls, chain stores, etc.) that one would need for the day to day needs.

  • We stayed at this property for approximately 15 days. The house is very clean, well kept and comfortable. Arizona City is quiet and relaxing-you can get around very easily,it is a great place to use as a base for a visit in Arizona-very close to Phoenix and Tucson for convenience to airports. We like golf and there are several local courses-the rates are really reasonable-very low compared to most of the courses in Phoenix and they are all in good shape. The courses are not easy but they are not overly difficult either. The Arizona City golf course is about a five minute drive from the house. Overall we had a good experience and will stay there again. We would highly recommend this property and Arizona City as a place to stay.
