The Condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishes and a dishwasher for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with all linens provided, 15" flat screen color TV, plenty of storage, and air conditioning. The living room has a new HD 27"color TV and beautiful rattan furniture. Living room and dining room have newly installed ceiling fans. Internet access available at an additional charge.
Inside the complex you will have access to tennis and basketball courts, two pools (including a baby pool), play equipment for kids, a clubhouse and private access to the beach. Luquillo State beach is located a short walking distance west from the gated Playa Azul complex. A grocery store, drug store, gas station and several restaurants are within walking distance as well.
The condominium’s location is ideal for exploring the Eastern part of the island. The famous rain forest (El Yunque) is just a few minutes West on Route 3. Fajardo (with ferries to close by islands of Vieques and Culebra)is 15 minutes east. Sightseeing in Old San Juan and shopping at local outlets are just 20 to 30 minutes drive. Several championships golf courses are located at nearby resorts within 10 miles. Luis Muñoz Marin International airport is 30 minutes drive through Route 66. My husband and I stayed in this beautiful oceanfront unit from 5/24/10 thru 6/7/10. What you see in the description is what you get. The unit is located in a very nice gated community where you can find restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and lots more at walking distance. The security staff and ground staff are very pleasant. The appartment is very nicely decorated, kept very clean and have all the amenities necessary to spend a wonderful vacation. The owner, Mrs. Nancy Medina is a very friendly lady who was very helpful in recommending places where we could go for dinner and shopping at reasonable prices. She was also very prompt in returning our phone calls and refunding our security deposit. I would definitely recommend this rental and we are looking forward to doing business with Mrs. Medina again.
