Hotel Charlotte's vacation rental includes free breakfast at the hotel, a computer in every unit and WiFi access, linens & towels, soaps, shampoo and coffee. One night stays allowed, discounts for longer stays.
This vacation rental is 3 side-by-side units. Unit Aspen has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is a two story condo and can sleep up to 8 with the pull out couch. Unit Birch has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is a single story unit on the ground floor, and sleeps 8 people with the pull out couch. It features a deck overlooking the golf course. Unit Cedar has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 8 people with the pull out couch, and is one level on the 2nd floor, with a nice 2nd floor deck overlooking the golf course, with both shady and sunny areas.
All 3 units have a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area, a living room with TV and fireplace, and a high speed internet computer. All linens and towels are provided.
This vacation rental is walking distance to the public golf course, hiking paths, and not too far from the stables for trail rides. The lake, with marina for boat rentals, fishing and swimming is also nearby. The property is located inside Pine Mountain Lake resort.

Owner's Map of Groveland
Vacation Triplex is owned by Lynn Upthagrove and Victor Niebylski, who also own the Hotel Charlotte, in downtown Groveland, on Highway 120, an all year road into Yosemite National Park. Victor is an award winning chef, who features many delicious specials in the Hotel's restaurant. Lynn is known for her infectious laughter and quick wit. Their dog, Goose, is the current mayor of Groveland, duly elected by raising the most funds for charity.
