Both spacious bedrooms have king beds, walk in closets, and views. Kitchen has all amenities and cooking/serving utensils. In addition to the deck spa there is a neighborhood association pool and spa a short walk away. Walking the local road loop you can enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley. Backs up to the national forest with miles of hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to Stagecoach Chair and short drive to the Boulder Chair at Heavenly Valley. Local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance, and South Lake Tahoe casinos and entertainment are three miles away via car, taxi or shuttle.

Base nightly rate of $125 (non ski season only) for two persons.
Base nightly rates during ski season: Jan - Feb ($225), Mar ($200),
Apr ($175), Nov - Dec ($175). Three night minimum on all rentals.
Surcharges may apply for additional persons and during peak and
holiday periods.

Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
This is the perfect location for getting away. Backed up to national forest, it is extremely private, a very short distance from two ski lodges, a short distance to restaurants and bars, only three miles to the casinos and lake, and views from the house and surrounding area that are the best in Lake Tahoe.
