Imagine yourself in a private Casita on a 2 acre multi-million dollar property located on the west side of Interstate 5. We are minutes from just about anything you want to do. This casita is about 823 sq. ft. (much larger than a hotel room) and is perfect for a couple who wants to get away for a long week-end or a small family vacation. When you arrive, I will greet you with a welcome basket with many goodies.

Whether you want to picnic on the beach or go antiquing, Wine tasting, shopping, or spend an afternoon at our world famous San Diego Zoo or Wild Animal park, you will be delighted by how convenient and beautiful this property is. You will be surrounded by beautiful landscapes Come enjoy privacy behind a gated private property and listen to the birds sing. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee/tea or evening glass of wine on the newly added covered patio area complete with gas BBQ and 3 person swing (see pictures). Watch hot air balloons rise in the early afternoon. At night, the patio lights up with lanterns hanging from the ceiling creating a romantic spot to enjoy dinner.

The Del Mar Horse Races happen every mid July till early September. The casita is a perfect place to enjoy your time at the races. We are a 5 min. drive to the track or you can hop on the free double decker bus at the train station which is a 5 minute walk from here.

Come for The Fiesta Del Sol. A free event that takes place June 6th and 7th. 55k people attend every year. Solana Beach comes alive with great bands, artists, booths, foods and a beer garden. Also great for kids.

The San Diego fair is from June 12th to July 5th at the Del Mar Race track which is only minutes from us.

If its a special celebration you are here for, I would be happy to arrange couple's massages, a day at the spa, manicure/pedicure, dinner reservations, flowers, picnic baskets, champagne and chocolates, tours, etc. We've had marriage proposals, honeymooners as well as Birthday getaway guests.


No Smoking and no pets please. Due to space, one child is preferred.
