    • We walked into your cabin and it was like we had walked into a photo shoot for "Cabins Beautiful" or "Better Cabins and Gardens" - My daughter-in-law was simply blown away. Your decorating was so very tasteful, a pleasure to the eye and comfortable. There was a certain spirit of home and family and lots and lots of love that surrounded us while we were there. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it all!

    • My husband and I visited for a long Memorial Day Weekend--perfect weather and perfect place to relax. Lots, lots to do in the area; enjoyed several hikes, waterfalls galore and the sites. Cabin is clean and in immaculate condition - everything you could need. Ready to go again!

    • My friends and I rented this cabin for a weekend over the summer and had a blast. We spent one whole day tubing down the Taccoa River and then headed back to the wrap around porch for a cookout and a night of relaxation. The 2nd day the guys got up and went fishing while the ladies did some shopping in downtown Blue Ridge. All of the beds were comfortable and the whole place is very well maintained! Immaculate!!! It was the perfect getaway from Atlanta traffic and fast pace. We are all ready looking into a fall weekend to rent! Thanks again!

    • What an awesome place! We had everything we needed and more. The cabin was very clean and the beds comfortable. We have visited this cabin twice, once in the fall and once in the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on both visits and did just about every activity you can name. We hiked in the Aska Adventure area in both the fall and summer. There were mapped trails from easy to streneous. During the summer, we went whitewater rafting on both the Ocoee (12 & up) and the Nantahala (8 & up) rivers. My husband likes to kayak and also kayaked the Nantahala River as well as the smaller Cartecay River in Ellijay. We tubed down the Toccoa River and enjoyed a picnic on the river in Horseshoe Park, not far from Blue Ridge. Our fall trip was during the month of October and we were able to see the beautiful changing of the leaves. With fall in the air, we found a corn maze with a real pumpkin patch. We picked our own pumpkin for Halloween and saw some of the biggest pumpkins we had ever seen. We had also timed our trip perfectly to catch the Apple Festival in Ellijay. If you visit during the festival don’t miss the fried apple pies! During both our visits, my favorite part was the family dinners enjoyed on the large deck with the breathtaking view of the mountains. This cabin truly is a little piece of heaven. I’ll be back! C. • Our family vacationed at the Antonelli cabin two years in a row; both times in March. We were delighted to see that the cabin was tucked beautifully into the Blue Ridge mountainside. It is a quiet and peaceful location and although there are neighboring cabins along the road; we were pretty much unaware of them during our stay. The cabin is rustic with beautiful pine walls and beams and wooden floors. It is tastefully decorated with locally available country decor, comfortable furniture, and modern appliances. The view from the large, functional back porch is spectacular. We were pleased to find the cabin is centrally located between large national parks containing waterfalls and hiking trails. We fished in well-stocked streams and lakes, bringing home a cooler of trout to enjoy later and rode well-trained horses straight up a mountain and then down to the delight of our children. The town of Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas have very nice gift shops, with a helpful Chamber of Commerce office containing brochures and information on all the local enterprises such as mountain horseback riding, white water rafting, panning for gold and gems, wine tasting, etc. We found many interesting places to eat during our travels through the small towns surrounding Blue Ridge, however, there are also a variety of chain-type restaurants and stores on the main highway if that is your preference. We have thoroughly enjoyed our trips to the Antonelli cabin and to Blue Ridge, Georgia.

    • My family of 7 and a miniature dachshund have stayed in this cabin twice in the past year and both times were wonderful experiences. The cabin truly is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The wraparound deck is enormous and inviting - we spent a lot of time rocking and swinging on it and just enjoying the gorgeous, panoramic mountain views from it. Seeing the clouds roll in and out, star gazing, listening to the wildlife all around, etc. make for a truly relaxing place to stay and a great home base for day trips and adventures in the area. The deck is also perfect for cooking out and a grill is provided. The cabin is impeccably maintained as the owners use it themselves from time to time and want it to be nice. This is evidenced by the homey feel you get the moment you walk in. It is much more than a rental to the owners, it is their personal getaway and so they keep it clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. It is within reasonable drives of a lot of fantastic attractions including Amicalola falls, several apple orchards, Fort Mountain State Park which has a nice beach, Springer Mountain and its southern terminus of the Georgia-to-Maine Appalachian Trail, Civil War national military parks of Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Carters Lake, rafting, and many other fun things. At the cabin there is a big book of notes and brochures about all the fun things there are to do in the area. We have had 2 delightful vacations at this cabin and would go back in a heartbeat. It is a real gem for the price.
