I am a native of Ormond Beach....I went to school there and graduated Daytona Beach State College. My son was born in Halifax Hospital! My father was a practicing physician in the area and served as doctor for the Daytona International Speedway at one time and was Chief of Staff at the hospital. My fond memories of the area and connections made it a simple choice to have a vacation home in the area. Although we can't be at the beach house as often as we'd like, we're happy to share it with our guests! Come on and get some sand in your shoes!!! This home beams with owner pride! This is my daughter's favorite place in the world!! In fact, the home is named Sea Orchid Beach House as her Chinese name "Hailan" translates to "Sea Orchid"! She is our gift from God, coming to us all the way from Hunan Province, China!!!

This was our third time staying at this home and we had a great time.....as usual! The weather was perfect and we spent quite a bit of time down at the beach with our 3 year old grandson. On this stay we walked down to Main St. on New Year's Eve and had a blast. Our grandson loved all of the musicians, lights, bounce house, and the boardwalk. Later, from the house, we walked over to the beach to watch the fireworks at midnight. This was one of the best Christmas breaks we have had! Thanks Debra and of course Dominick. Also, the updates to the home are great. We really like the new furniture in the family room. We'll be back!
