This was our third time staying at this home and we had a great time.....as usual! The weather was perfect and we spent quite a bit of time down at the beach with our 3 year old grandson. On this stay we walked down to Main St. on New Year's Eve and had a blast. Our grandson loved all of the musicians, lights, bounce house, and the boardwalk. Later, from the house, we walked over to the beach to watch the fireworks at midnight. This was one of the best Christmas breaks we have had! Thanks Debra and of course Dominick. Also, the updates to the home are great. We really like the new furniture in the family room. We'll be back!

This townhouse was just perfect. It is close to everything. You can be on the beach in less than 2 minutes from the front door, at plenty of shops and restaurants within 5- 10 minutes and on the boardwalk within 10 minutes- all by walking! The house is very nicely decorated, has a warm, homey feeling and has anything you might need right there. There are plenty of towels, toys and other beach accessories for you to use during your stay. Debra was pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and Domenick was a great host to our group. Would love to go back and stay again here! You will not be disappointed!!

Our family stayed here in 2008 and we returned for Christmas break in 2010. The home is still perfect! Our 2 yr. old grandson stayed with us and he had a great time. It was too cold for the water, but there was still penty to do. He built sand catles on the beach and played at the nearby playground. Everything you need is at this home, plus the location can't be beat. We will be back.

I must say this is one of the most wonderful, clean, comfy houses we have ever rented. The area in Daytona is very nice and safe! Dominick is the property manager and lives next door, he is absolutley one of the nicest most helpful people you will meet (and funny too!) if you have a motorcycle he is the man to see! The house is spacious and has every accomodation you will need. Walk to the beach in 1 minute, this would be a great place if you have children, there are boogie boards, beach toys, games, books, movies, etc! We have rented many many houses over the years and this is now our #1!!!!

Very Clean, Spacious, Everything you possibly would need in a home was available. We saved a lot on packing by staying here. Pet friendly, best place we have stayed in thus far!!! Dominick is very hospitable and help us out with our trailer which broke a spring or something on the axle. Thanks Dominick!! The furnishing is great and comfortable. I would definatly stay again!!!

We had a great time in this very nice home. There is plenty of room and everything was clean. You do not need to bring a thing with you. Everything you could possibly need is available, which comes in extremely handy when flying. Day trips are close by. An hour trip can take you to many great attractions and then "off" days can be spent on the beach. Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank you for letter us stay at your home. It was my first time seeing the ocean and your home was so close I could walk to the ocean in the morning and the evening! You have a beautiful home and all the furnishings one could ask for. There were six of us and plenty of room for everyone. Loved the parasailing and my trip to the Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and Busch Gardens. I would definitely stay at the Sea Orchid Beach House again. Thanks for the great vacation memories!

We had a great time in Daytona. You have a beautiful place, very comfortable and we loved the decor. We hope to come back one day. The beach was great and I loved riding the bikes on it.

The house was great, plenty of room for all of us. The master bedroom worked out great, we could put all the kids in there. There really isn't anything we would change, it was very homey and everything that we needed was there. We did use the beach toys, towels and chairs frequently and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. We loved the place and hope to return soon. Domenick and Tina were very friendly and nice and greeted us each time they saw us. Tina gave us some tips on the sights! Thanks for a Great House and we had a wonderful vacation. The time was just too short. We did come home with a National Championship so everything went great!
