This first floor, 1000 Square-foot Casita/Guest quarter has two bedrooms, one bathroom with double bowls vanity/sink. All the Bedrooms furnished with brand new Queen Size bed, night stand, dresser or chest. All bedrooms/living room has ceiling fan, and decorated with canvas oil painting.
The travertine floor living room has leather coach, Love seat, and 42' HDTV (with Satellite cable receiver). The large 700 square-foot Covered Patio is furnished with patio dinning set for outdoor entertainment.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and equipped with full-size dishwasher, Kitchen-aid 2-burner Cook-top, Microwave/Oven, and Refrigerator. The Laundry-room supplied with stack-able washer/Dryer.
Only minutes away from one of the Fountain Hills secluded Resort club & Spa. This Resort offers 2 heated swimming pools, Spa, fitness center, sauna steam room, Yoga, Zumba, and meditation classes. The Guests membership to this Resort included for 2 person.

Great space, nice for a small family or couple. The owner is very cordial and offers the best service. Great value. Very close to Copper Wynd Country Club. Nice neighborhood. Great outdoor cooking area.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
