The location is conveniently close to Flora-Bama (local beach establishment), but far enough away to not be disturbed by the music. The front side of the complex enjoys a fabulous view of Old River and the back enjoys the soothing and breath taking view (and sounds) of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condo is spacious and comfortable. The 3 bedroom/3 bath layout is practical and provides for a perfect family setting. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are connected creating a great environment for cooking and socializing. The condo is fully equipped. A quick stop for groceries and you will be right at home.
The complex has a covered hot tub, a covered picnic area with grills and picnic tables, a public lounge area, and a well equipped exercise room. A private boardwalk leads to the amazing white sand beach where private chairs and umbrellas are available - or bring your own.
We even include the use of our garage parking spot so you can be guaranteed a great parking spot and avoid rain showers.
Perdido Key has been rated among the top beaches in the world and this is the perfect condominium unit for you to spoil yourself and your family. We enjoy the beaches, golfing, boating, the Naval Air museum, the "little zoo that could", the family activities, and the outlet shopping. Everything is conveniently close.
