This 5 bedroom 3 bath pool home is perfect for 2 families or a large extended family. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms 2 baths with a large living/dining room combination, kitchen and a breezy covered deck with an amazing view of St Augustine Beach. The large leather sectional sofa is ideally located to watch the large 50' TV or the dolphins playing in the ocean. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed, tv and a private bath. The second and third bedrooms are situated off the living area on a private hallway each with a full bed and tv. Heading down to the all tile first floor will make you think you rented another house and allows even more space for you and your family! The spacious downstairs has a second kitchen, dining area and living area with sleeper sofa, love seat and TV. The 2 bedrooms on this level are tucked away next to the pool. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed, TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed. Once outside you may never want to go back in! Access to St Augustine Beach is just 100' away and best of all, it is on the non driving section of St Augustine Beach!
