Porcelain tiled w/all the comforts & amenities of more expensive resorts. Full Kitchen w/Bar, Dining Table, Living Room with Balcony.

LANDINGS OF LARGO MM98 - BAY SIDE OASIS!
Enjoy Landings of Largo's lush landscape, conveniently located Bay Side at mile marker 98. Inquire for availability (Calendar indicates Kawama Reservations).
Monthly, Long Term-low monthly rate OR Share w/owner (1-2 people): who is occasionally in Key Largo (lives in Miami).
As of September 2008 the condo is being renovated. New pictures will be posted on completion.
2 Bedroom: w/ King & Queen Beds sleeps 4 or 6 with Queen Futon sofa.
Condo is tiled; Furnished w/comforts of home with many extras
Full kitchen with bar, dining table, living room w/patio opens to the expanse of partial shaded yard, chickee's around the heated pool in the back yard w/cookout area; try a swim in the bay-ladder access from end of dock (no beach). Enjoy incredible sunsets from the Bayside Dock. New small fitness room.
Kitchen fully stocked (see below) Gas BBQ on the patio. New fitness room!

Fully stocked Kitchens: cookware, small appliances, RO H2O filter; Coffee Maker; Blender; ToasterOven; & mini chopper, Microwave; Dishwasher. You won't run out of clean dishes, glasses and utensils!
Both Stocked w/extras: adequate "plus" linens & towels; hair dryer; Ironing Board & Iron; some toiletries, first-aid items. If you've forgotten anything, whatever you find, you're welcome to use; books, board games, and playing cards, even a few CDs and movies video & DVD: including Disney Classics for the kids. Beach chairs, child toys, floats, coolers.

$500 Security required on all rentals - Rates Quoted + Sales Tax.

Rental Options:
Condos available as One-Bedroom Suite, for 2 guests. ONLY available within 2 wks of stay at a reduced rate (1 bedroom/bath locked off). NOTE: If a special rate is already advertised, NO additional reduction.
Rates subject to change. However, once first payment is received, there will be NO increase. If you find a discrepancy at any time, please advise, if I have made a mistake I will correct it.
OPTIONS EXCLUDE: Holidays/Special Events. All last minute rentals must be paid in full by Western Union or Wire transfers (plus bank fee $30/transfer). Holidays are MINIMUM full week rate. Xmas and NY weeks are rented separately. If you'd like to include both holiday periods Rate is small reduction if less than 2 weeks.
I handle all rentals on a 1st confirmed basis w/payment - plan ahead for desired dates.
If you need another condo; Boat Slip; or mine is not available for the dates you require, I may be able to help with arrangements w/ other owners (Note: I'm not an agent this is only an accommodation I've handled in the past).

NOTE: QUOTES are Cash, Check, USPS Money Order or Wire Transfer. Mastercard and Visa accepted w/a 5% charge added. The 5% is non refundable on Security Deposit or once a charge is made. A Credit Card authorization must be signed, w/clear copy of your Driver's License and credit card used. Credit Cards not accepted on last minute rentals. You may guarantee and hold your reservation with a credit card only until your payment is received (up to 1 week) at which time the charge authorization will be processed if payment is not received. |
