Extras: CD's DVD's Videos; linens & towels; hair dryer; Ironing Board & Iron; some toiletries, first-aid items. If you've forgotten anything, whatever you find, you're welcome to use; books, board games, and playing cards, Beach chairs, child toys, floats, coolers.

Rental Options:
For 1 or 2 only: Condos available as One-Bedroom Suite, within 2 weeks of stay at a reduced rate (1 bedroom/bath locked off). NOTE: Specials already advertised, NO additional reduction.
Rates subject to change. Once first payment received, there will be NO increase. If you find a discrepancy at any time, please advise, if I have made a mistake I will correct it.
OPTIONS EXCLUDE: Holidays/Special Events. All last minute rentals must be paid in full by Wire transfers (plus bank fee $30/transfer). Holidays are MINIMUM full week rate. Xmas and NewYear weeks are rented separately. If you'd like to include both holiday periods Rate is small reduction if less than 2 weeks.
I handle all rentals on a 1st confirmed basis w/payment - plan ahead for desired dates.
If you need a second condo; Boat Slip; or mine is not available for requested dates, with advance notice, I may be able to assist (I'm not an agent this is only an accommodation I've handled in the past). Not all owners advertise or rent privately.

NOTE: QUOTES are Cash, Check, or USPS Money Order. Mastercard and Visa accepted w/a 5% service charge and is non refundable on Security Deposit or cancellation. A Credit Card authorization must be signed, w/clear copy of your Driver's License and credit card used. Credit Cards may not be accepted on last minute rentals. You may guarantee and hold your reservation with a credit card only until your payment is received (up to 1 week) at which time the charge authorization will be processed if payment is not received.

Why the Owner Chose Kawama Yacht Club
I chose the Tower Condo at Kawama for its spacious layout and easy access. Kawama Yacht Club hugs the Ocean - set back from Overseas Highway (US1). In Key Largo you're just a short drive to Miami and can enjoy any of the other Keys as well. When you're ready to head home....you don't have to face the long drive back through the Keys to Florida City just to begin your journey. Living in Miami, it makes an easy get away for myself and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Kawama Yacht Club has a salt water lagune, two beach fronts, tennis courts and the jetty.
Even though this is an ocean side property, from the jetty you can enjoy the sunsets from the property. Many enjoy casting a fishing line off the jetty - however if you want dinner, I suggest the deep sea fishing charters - anything you can't eat while your here, you are welcome to leave in the freezer for me, it won't go to waste!
The Jetty is actually State Park Land, however access is limited to those who are staying at Kawama Yacht Club. I found it interesting to learn when I purchased my Condo that this was a helicopter landing pad during WWII. Now it's a lovely place to congregate, watch the sunset, meditate or my personal favorite is to do some early morning Yoga - I can provide a yoga mat for you, please just ask for it.

I Reside nearby in Miami and am frequently in the Keys for a get away myself! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Teach Exercise programs: Yoga, Pilates and Seniors Exercise - that and my condo rentals keep me out of trouble!
