We believe this unit is the best location in Bolongo Bay, St Thomas, and the Caribbean. Close to everything but just enough up, one flight above the pool, and over (one unit over from the pool) to not be part of everyone elses party all day and night.
The condominium is our own private sanctuary. We strive for elegance that blends with Island ease. Tile floors ensure "no worries' for sandy or wet feet, huge glass walls and sliding doors provide spectacular views and access to this island paradise while rattan furniture and local artwork complete the island ambiance. We check in often to ensure all the appointments and amenities are up to snuff! The on-site manager is available daily to ensure that your vacation runs smoothly.

Owner Description
My husband and I bought the condo while it was still on the drawing board. We spend time every year in our island paradise and rent it when we are off traveling to help cover expenses and to share our luck in having access to this beautiful location.
Why the Owner Chose Bolongo Bay
After many years of vacationing in the Caribbean we decided to find a permanent island vacation home. We choose St Thomas because of the ease of transportation in and out. We choose Bolongo Bay because of the size - smaller than most resort areas, and location, on the south side of the island that catches the breezes and the wildlife preserve that keeps the area looking undeveloped.
