We have furnished this unit with amenities that we enjoy and look for when we rent a condo for vacation.
This unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom units on the beach with 1370 sq.ft of living area, and a beautiful 30x9 ft.balcony. It’s the only building set at an angle on the beach, and being on the 8th floor, it is the perfect heighth to enjoy the view of the entire beach, and the most beautiful sunsets anywhere.
The master bedroom is custom decorated, has a king size bed,over head fan, sliding doors to the balcony, black out drapes (if you want to sleep in), TV, DVD, its own private bath with double sinks, double shower and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom faces St. Andrews Bay,also custom decorated,it has large bathroom, overhead fan, TV,DVD,VCR,and CD player.
Our unit has a full service kitchen w/granite counters, and everything you need to either fix dinner,or just a snack. We have furnished a bar with everything you need to fix martini's to margarita's or just your favorite punch.Great room has everything you need to enjoy your evenings in. TV,DVD,CD,games,and even a poker table top w/cards and poker chips.
Our condo has it's own assigned parking spot,with additional spots for guests.
We are within walking distance to 3 restaurants and bars, deep sea fishing,scuba diving and shopping.
With are within 10 minutes to golfing, water parks and many other fine restaurants.
Treasure Island is now charging a $20 registration fee for parking passes and pool bands. They will collect at time of checkin.

We absolutely enjoyed sharing your beautiful condo! The huge balcony was perfect for watching dolphins play and viewing amazing sunsets! We loved spending our mornings soaking up the sun by the pool and playing in the sand in the afternoons! The "June grass" was in full force during our visit, so we took a short trip to Shell Island to play in the water and search for shells! This was, by far, the best condo we've stayed in while visiting Panama City.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Again....another great week at this awesome condo! Thanks Sally for all of your help...you are truly a blessing to work with. This year it felt like home since I knew my way around and it was so easy to just relax and enjoy our vacation. Thanks again and we'll be in touch next year : )
