Beach View from 8th floor balcony - Treasure Island Vacation Condo Come enjoy the beautiful fall weather on the sugar beaches of Panama City. Pier Park is now open for all your shopping,entertainment, and dining needs. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and (sorry) no pets allowed. We have furnished this unit with amenities that we enjoy and look for when we rent a condo for vacation. This unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom units on the beach with 1370 sq.ft of living area, and a beautiful 30x9 ft.balcony. It’s the only building set at an angle on the beach, and being on the 8th floor, it is the perfect heighth to enjoy the view of the entire beach, and the most beautiful sunsets anywhere. The master bedroom is custom decorated, has a king size bed,over head fan, sliding doors to the balcony, black out drapes (if you want to sleep in), TV, DVD, its own private bath with double sinks, double shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom faces St. Andrews Bay,also custom decorated,it has large bathroom, overhead fan, TV,DVD,VCR,and CD player. Our unit has a full service kitchen w/granite counters, and everything you need to either fix dinner,or just a snack. We have furnished a bar with everything you need to fix martini's to margarita's or just your favorite punch.Great room has everything you need to enjoy your evenings in. TV,DVD,CD,games,and even a poker table top w/cards and poker chips. Our condo has it's own assigned parking spot,with additional spots for guests. We are within walking distance to 3 restaurants and bars, deep sea fishing,scuba diving and shopping. With are within 10 minutes to golfing, water parks and many other fine restaurants. High Spring: Mar 15-Apr 20 .. $1500/wk, plus $300 deposit
Spring:      Apr 22-May 25 .. $1100/wk, plus $300 deposit
Summer:      May 26-Sep 03 .. $1500 wk, plus $300 deposit
Fall:        Sep 05-Oct 30 .. $ 750 wk, plus $300 deposit
Winter:      Nov 01-Mar 14 .. $ 750 wk .. $1500/mo, plus $300 deposit
Security deposit refunded after cleaning and inspection
Must be 25 to rent unit and remain on premises during rental time.
Additional 9.5% Florida tax applies to rates + $80 cleaning fee
