This gorgeous condo features beautiful ocean views from every room of this spacious 1400 sq. ft. retreat. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a king size bed in the master suite with a flat screen TV. The guest room has a queen size bed, TV with DVD/VCR, and a private bath and balcony.
You can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool - heated during the cold months and nice and cool in the summer. A jacuzzi is near the pool as well. A fully equipped exercise room is on the premises.

Why the Owner Chose Mediterranea of Destin
Mediterranea is one of the nicest properties along Old Scenic 98. We love the combination of the grass in the common areas and the view of the pool and beach from the balconies. It is also very convenient to shopping areas and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the fact that Mediterranea is on old scenic 98, and within real short walking distance of Pompano Joe's which is one of the best beach front resturants in Destin. We charter fishing trips with the local fisherman and catch our limit most of the time. We ride our bikes the entire length of old 98 on the beautiful bike paths that they have. We don't play golf but ther is no less than 10 courses with in a 10 mile radius of our condo. We love it and you will to.

We have our own business, and four adult children and seven grandchildren so we love to go to the beach to relax. The fishing is another real plus for the area. This is our home away from home.

What a wonderful week for my family, and such a beautiful place to stay. Everything was as advertised, and I would recommend it to all , and we will certainly return next year. We like the fact that everything was gated and secure. The grass areas are really nice to pass a football ect.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I had a get away trip in July 2010 that was very much needed! We stayed in this unit and found it to be the exactly what it was described to be. The owners of this unit were very good to work with and I really don't know what could have been done differently to make our renting expereince with them any better! This unit is very easy to get to and the accessability to the pool, ocean and the parking garage was very good. I can reccomend this unit and these owners in particular to anyone! We have stayed at this complex several times and will for sure rent form these folks again!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family of six stayed at this wonderful condo the first week of June 2010. The whole place was well maintained and beautiful. The view from the condo is great and the pool and beach were beautiful. It was one of the best vacations we have had. There was plenty of relaxing by the beach and a very short drive to the malls for shopping. The complex was just the right size and there were no loud noises. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.
