This sunchased cottage has a large welcoming porch for enjoying the sea breezes, the nostalgic lovely, large, trees, and the lush landscape. The sand is soft and white with the most gorgeous teal blue water you've ever seen.
This high end kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and everything you could possibly need. The Master has a king bed and a screened balcony and in its bathroom a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds ( day bed trundle). The living area includes a daybed/trundle bed. There are 2 additional fold out beds. All bedrooms have T.V.s. Tile and new bamboo floors throughout! Granite upgrades in beautiful bathrooms! The Sand Dollar has a beautiful community pool just a few houses away! Screened french doors open to the front porch and peaceful landscapes. It's short 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute drive! The yard is private and boasts lovely fruit trees which bear key limes, nectarines, and oranges---help yourself!! Linens and towels provided. Cleaning fee included!
