Enjoy skiing in/out of this 5000 square foot home from the Gold Link Lift located in Prospect on Mt Crested Butte! Brand new to the Rental Market this custom built home, completed in 2007, provides the definition of the Ultimate Crested Butte Vacation!
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with steam shower and separate jacuzzi tub and a private entrance to the upstairs balcony. The Jr. Master Suite has a queen bed with a private bathroom equipped with a steam shower. The downstairs features a den/family room and 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a full private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and are equipped with 2 twin beds (can be made into a king ) and 2 sets of twin bunks. The office located upstairs off of the living room (no doors/can provide drape) provides a brand new sleeper sofa option. The office is equipped with a 3/4 bath. The downstairs den is complete with the WII (available upon request), playstation 2 and Game Cube systems. (some games provided).Also, just added ps-3 and x box 360, as well as a new ping pong table for good family fun! There is also an oversized twin bed located in the downstairs den.
I AM FLEXIBLE TO RENT THIS HOME AS THREE BEDROOM, FOUR BEDROOM or FIVE BEDROOM.
The upstairs living room is furnished with enough seating for the entire family to view the surrounding Mountain Ranges (unobstructed views)and has another 55' Flat Screen Screen TV complete with Direct TV. A wet bar with ice maker is conveniently located off of the living area.
The designer kitchen accented with its granite counter tops, Wolf Stove and Sub Zero Refrigerator/Freezer gives even the most novice cooks a feeling of gourmet cooking! Enjoy your meals around the dining room table which easily seats 10. There is extra seating at the bar.
The stereo system in the living room provides the entire home with music to entertain all. The balconies are also equipped with speakers for the entertainment center. The downstairs balcony is equipped with private hot tub for your after skiing pleasure and seats 6 adults.
There is space in the heated garage for parking 1 vehicle as well as storage for skis/snowboards and bikes.
This home is accented with custom made wood work throughout, wood floors and marble countertops in the bathrooms. The artwork throughout is original and most of the window coverings all custom made.
The summers are beautiful on the 20 x 30 deck! Your friends will envy the view!

We recently completed a four night stay and it could not have been better. The house was beautiful, well maintained, and full of modern amenities. Our group was composed of 7 adults and 3 young children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Diane was helpful with details and coordinating the specifics our stay from the moment I inquired about the home. The skiing was great and the ski in/ski out made it easy to come and go. I highly recommend.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The house is incredible. The detail with the wood and stone is beautiful. It is immediately obvious that everything has been thought through in detail. It would be not be accurate to call it a rental but rather someone's home that they chose to share. The property manager is very attentive and available if any questions arise (which they haven't ).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Perfect does not do justice to describe this home. It all starts with the owners. They are in constant communication before, during, and after to make sure that your stay is and was as accommodating as possible. Prior to our arrival we were consulted with as to the necessary bedding arrangements, desired cooking appliances, preferred spices, lift tickets, equipment rental, even the grooming of the homeowner's trail which leads directly to the driveway. We have stayed at a number of houses in Crested Butte which claim to be ski in/out but most certainly were not. If you don't mind walking out the garage and across the driveway and strapping in, then this home is for you. The home is luxurious but "liveable". The views will bring you a deeper appreciation for all that nature has to offer. I can't give this vacation home a high enough recommendation. This house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the steam showers, wonderful views, gourmet kitchen, large kitchen table, heated garage floor. No detail is forgotten. The ski in ski out access is great also. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this house to anyone.. This home exceeded every possible expectation. The custom bedding and drapery added to cozy feel of this enormous home. The views are spectacular and the ski in ski out is beyond convenient! Love this beautiful home and are looking at renting during the summer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Simply put, "the Best ski trip ever".The home and the surrounding vista are beyound belief.From the time we initiated the first step planning our trip , to the day we departed from the Bienasz' beautiful home; was an enjoyable and rewarding experience.The website is well constructed but does not do justice to the pure luxury and relaxation that you will experience with this property.As a family we have rented numerous homes;this one takes the cake! From the pleasurable steam shower to the well stocked , functional kitchen , this home delivers.The beautiful and appropriate furnishings were well recieved from our whole group, as well as everyone we shared our photos with.The ski in ski out functionality of this home is beyound reproach.We can't wait to get back, thanks again Diane.Did you find this review helpful? Wow! What a spectacular home and location! We were so pleasantly surpriaed at the home. It was absolutely beautiful, yet comfortable and functional. It is in such a great location - close to so many fun activities yet far enough away from town. What an incredible home! The location and the setting can't be beat and the accomodations are stunning. Whether its a trip amongst friends or a family gathering, the house is perfect for entertaining - it has a huge fireplace, decks everywhere, large plasma HD TV's in every room, comfortable bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and true ski-in/ ski-out access. This is the best property we have found on vrbo! The house is fabulous--everything is top of the line. The location is super. You just ski down to the Gold Link lift, and you're off for the day. Coming in for lunch is easy (and saves a ton compared to mountain dining). The kitchen is also well-equipped for those who like to cook. We'll be back!!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: My husband and I built this home in 2006. He personally built all the cabinets, front doors, and made all the mouldings. It is a special home that we enjoy sharing. We have tried to pay close attention to all details of making sure that our guests have a wonderful time.
