My family and I stayed at this Park City Condo over the New Year. It was everything that I expected or needed. The condo was well appointed and supplied, had plenty of room for four adults, was walking distance to town and restaurants, and right by the town lifts. Couldn't have been any better. Loved it. We will definitely return.

You can not beat the location of this very comfortable and well appointed condo. It is located just steps from Historic Main Street and the Town lift. We visited in early fall, and enjoyed the close proximity to Main Street's numerous eating and drining establishments! We could walk to everything. The condo is very comfortable and welcoming with enough space to relax with great furniture and a cozy fireplace. Karen made the rental process a breeze - even with our last minute travel plans.

We stayed in this condo during the summer and it worked out perfectly for our family. The unit is located on the first floor, no stairs or elevators and quick access. You are within walking distance to the High West Distillery and Main Street. It is also very kid friendly, would definitely stay again. Karen was super easy to work and with and very accommodating. Fantastic vacation condo! Very roomy and comfortable. Felt immediately like home away from home! Location absolutely perfect!! Step out back door and walk right into down town and all its' fantastic restaurants and shopping. Step out front andyou are one block to the Town Lift! Hardly ever used car!! Cannot wait to return!!

We had a great Spring Break vacation. Karen made everything a piece of cake with regard to check in, providing any info we requested and providing prompt responses to all our inquiries and emails. We could not have been more pleased with the location either. Right at the base of Main Street, everything is easily accessible via walking or car. We definitely recommend this place!

Great property and great location. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and the living room is quite comfortable. If I remember, all the TV's(one in each room) are HD. Main street with all its restaurants and shops is a short walk away. It's almost a ski-in--ski out considering a 4-5 minute walk to the lift. I've parked in ski resort parking lots and been further from the lift. All in all, a great condo.

Being able to walk to many of Park City's finest Restuarants as well as being situated by the Town Lift is phenominal. The condos location was wonderful. Just a block south of the Town Lift for skiing at Park City. It was more convenient than we ever expected. It's also just at the south end of Main Street so it was great for the shops and stores of Park City. We were looking for something clean and convenient and it definitely fit the bill.

I timed it. Even in ski boots it took less than three minutes to walk from this corner (that would mean very quiet) condo unit to Park City's Town Lift. We enjoyed a week of great skiing from this very comfortable and well-appointed unit. The hot tub is communal with the Park Station complex and everyone was very helpful and friendly. One of our party swims laps and she enjoyed the heated swimming pool as well. We cooked in four nights and had everything that we needed. Condition was spotless upon our arrival. We would heartily recommend it especially if standing around waiting on a bus isn't your cup of tea! BTW dynamite restaurants in the area are Grappa on Main in PC and Snake Creek Grill in Heber City. This was our 9th trip to PC and we will be back.

Spent a wonderful Christmas vacation in Park City at this condo. It was perfect. Beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen, close to Main Street and a great hot tub and heated pool. Kare in a great host as well,providing all the info you need on the area. Thanks Karen!

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. It was nice getting away for a few days. It was nice being so close to the center of Park City. The location was perfect. We could go anywhere in the city by using the bus or walking (the bus is free in the city). The apartment was comfortable and well designed. A great place to get away and enjoy Park City. We had a fabulous stay at Park Station. You can walk in ski boots and not get tired feet! Right on top of the Town Lift, ski rentals, dining, shopping, (even Yoga). The condo was clean and updated. Plenty of towels and coffee filters -(a problem with other condos in the past). Very helpful front desk, great hot tub, and easy shuttle right outside the front door. Thank you Karen for being so helpful with discount lift tickets, rentals, and transportation. My teenagers gave me "big thumbs up on the place Dad." We will be back.

Since owning the property we have put many improvements into the condo both visual such as remodeling, furniture, bedding, lighting and housewares as well as not so obvious such as cleaning heating ducts, new furnance, new water heaters, and new windows. My friends and I recently stayed at Karen's wonderful condo in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been more convenient! The shuttle for all the festival theaters stopped directly in front of the complex and the town lift was 2 blocks away. It was max a 5 minute walk from the front door of the complex to the town lift. Being able to walk to the lift and have our skis waiting for us at the ski shop storage was a total treat. No lugging equipment for the first time in years. In addition, being able to walk to the many great restaurants on Main Street was also a huge plus. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and cozy. It was great for our group and the full kitchen allowed us to alternate between eating out and cooking at home. We hope to come back next year as this was a terrific condo with an incredibly nice, professional and helpful owner. Thanks for everything Karen!

The condo was everything we expected it to be from the photos and the location was so convenient to Main St, the Town Lift and the bus stops. We were within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops on Main St. The owner was very helpful with information on the condo and the area and we had no issues with maintenance of the property. We loved the easy access to the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing and it was never very crowded. Parking was very convenient either in the garage or the lot behind the units. The management folks at the front desk were also very helpful with any questions we had. I would be happy to recommend this property to our friends and relatives. There were two restaurants that we really enjoyed in Park City- the Blue Iguana and Rezas Adobe- both excellent Mexican cuisine and both within walking distance of the condo. Thank you - we'll be returning for another ski week in the future.

We were VERY pleased with the accommodations. The location is fabulous- right outside is the bus stop, one block walk to the town lift, and within walking distance to all the shops and restraunts. My husband and I along with another couple absolutely loved this condo in Park City. In the 20 years we have traveled out west from New Jersey to ski, this is the best location we have ever experienced. We skiied 4 different mountains in 4 days and found it very easy to get around everywhere. It waa fun to walk the town at night and fun to stay in to cook when we were beat from skiing. The two newly renovated bathrooms are an absolute treat!! The place is homey and very spacious and just perfect for us. We can't wait to return next year.

Great price for City Center Location! Within walking distance to all the finest nostalgia Park City has to offer. Shops, restaurants, museums, and other attractions. It was fun to see all the tiny diverse homes across and up and down the street. We visited in the summertime so we had access to the large outdoor pool. It was clean and warm, very fun. They also had a kiddie pool and a hot tub. We brought four children, Two slept in the second bedroom on two twin beds and two slept on the fold-out sofa sleeper. Beds were comfy. Cable TV & DVD players in each room and Cable TV & DVD and VHS in living room. We brought movies for the kids to watch. There's room to keep bikes out on the patio. Short drive to Park City Mtn. Resort where we played all day. Karen the owner was great to work with. Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet, nicely decorated. Felt like home! We'd stay here again.

What a great surprise to find a really lovely apt waiting for us with everything in working order. Last years with a rental company was terrible. This apt is very quiet thanks to new windows & doors, terrific comportable beds & a great location to everything. Karen is always willing to provide extra things needed. Certainly would recommend it without any concern. The pictures are also very accurate in everyway.

My group of friends and I had a wonderful experience staying Park Station. The convenient location and the fact the condo is just really nice made our trip to the Sundance Film Festival a year to remember. I hope that for our return next year that I will be able to snatch it up again.

This is one of the best 2BR 2BA condos at Park Station, it is very well maintained with comfortable furnishings,a nice kithen, and a big dinning area. We love the easy access to both the Town Lift and Main Street.
