  Our second visit and we were again not one bit disappointed. We have already booked our 2013 vacation for this condo..it is clean, convenient, comfortable, a very special place. If you love the beach, this is the place!! Thanks!

  We stayed at this condo in October and were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was as advertised, clean, well equipped and the sunrises were fantastic. If you like to surf fish, then you are literally a two minute walk from the beach. Great area for bicycling and only a 5 minute ride from Ft. Clinch State Park (note: $2.00 admission per biker). Owner is a pleasure to do business with and was very timely and helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend this unit.

  This condo was in the perfect location. I have always wanted to stay on the beach, to be able to walk out my door and hear the waves (so much better than a CD!). The location of this condo on the second floor is perfect! There is light in the unit all day, it's steps down a boardwalk to the beach! Early mornings sometimes fogged up, but even then the sun seeping through the clouds made for an extraordinary vista. The unit was well-equipped--anything you could want in the kitchen, ample seating space, comfortable beds, a great deck. Tucked in closets were various amenities to make the stay more enjoyable including beach chairs and towels. Triple sliding glass doors let light in the unit and opened to the panorama of sand, salt water and sky. The deck was another perfect place to enjoy it all while the design of the deck also allowed for privacy. The downtown of Fernandina Beach had so much to recommend it, and even though I was there almost three weeks, I did not begin to discover all of its delights! Regina was responsive to all of my questions before my arrival and during my stay! This condo is a great vacation destination!

  We had NO disappointments in this wonderful oceanfront condo, even better than I anticipated. Needing some down time this was the perfect place to read, sun, relax. The beach access is right For lunch we enjoyed The Happy Tomato, dinners Gennaro's, Sliders, Moon River Pizza. Least favorite restaurants would be the Crab Shack or Trap downtown or Barbara Jeans. We love Fernandina Beach and can't wait to return to this wonderful place. I have already made a recommendation to a friend to make their plans at this condo.

  My husband and I took our two young daughters to the beach during the second week of August. It was absolutely perfect! The condo was so adequately stocked, we didn't have to worry with unpacking many of our beach items and kitchen provisions. Regina was extremely easy to work with and so hospitable and thoughtful. We fell in love with Fernandina! We'll definitely be back!

  My husband and I, along with our teenage son and his good friend, enjoyed 2 weeks in this lovely condo in July 2011. The unit was delightful -- very very clean, with an especially well-equipped kitchen (even with spices and some "welcome" snacks on our arrival!), and complete with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for us to use, all in excellent condition. We visit the beach every year, and this is our favorite condo so far. The outdoor porch has a terrific view of the beach, and is shaded for much of the day. The owner was easy to work with, and very quick with communication. We're sure to be back.

  This condo is the perfect get away from it all place to be! Clean, spacious and right on the beach. The deck overlooking the water was my favorite place. It was a great girls weekend. thank you, Regina for sharing your lovely condo.

  Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable (including the beds!). One great feature is being able to walk right from the balcony, down the steps and onto the beach. All beach toys were provided for the kids and we didn't have to buy anything and bother with packing and carrying toys. We enjoyed Downtown Fernandina and ate dinner there every night (it is just a few miles from the condo). If you have time be sure to take the 2 hour boat tour of Cumberland Island and also visit Fort Clinch. Regina answered all of my questions promptly and we would love to return in the future.

  My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Fernandina Beach. We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Everything about the condo was wonderful !! Regina provides everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. The beach view was great from inside the condo and from the deck. The condo is clean and furnished very nicely with a true beach feel. The kitchen has every appliance and all of the cooking utensils you can dream of. The location could not have been better. There are several good restaurant close by and it is only a short drive to historic downtown. Downtown is a really fun place to hang out in the evenings and to shop. Make sure you set time aside to visit the many unique shops and don't miss Hunt's Art & Artifacts Gallery. We met the owner and she gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and which places had the best live music. My husbands favorite place to eat was Slider's Seaside Grill and mine was the Marina Restaurant and we both enjoyed Sandy Bottoms Beach Bar and Grill. Both Sandy's and Sliders have great beach views from the outdoor dining areas. All in all it was a great trip and it all started with the perfect condo !! It was our first trip to Fernandina Beach but it will not be our last !!!

  This condo was so peaceful and perfect. Regina did a great job at listing this condo, but as beautiful as the photos are- they can't do it justice. The floorplan is ideal and the place is very well kept and comfortable. We wanted for nothing during our stay there and had such a great time. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we intend to return next year as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing, and private place to spend vacation. If you like to get out, it's a stone's throw away from Fort Clinch which is fun for people of all ages. Downtown has plenty to offer in shopping, eating, and just absorbing the beach life. Always make a stop at Fernandina's Fantastic Fudge....you won't regret it! For what it's worth, I'm very deliberate in selecting places to stay on vacations, business, etc. I spent 3 weeks deciding on this condo among all the others available. So, save yourself the time of searching and enjoy FB. It's where my wife and I grew up and you'll feel right at home,too.
