Maderas, a famous surf beach is only 15 minutes away by car. A wonderful restaurant, El Jardin, is easy walking distance and offers a nice alternative to cooking. The house is located in a quiet, safe residential area with great neighbors. Anyone wishing for a language immersion course in Spanish has several excellent options in San Juan, also minutes away by car. Fully equipped, the price includes maid service 3 times a week and a caretaker for garden a pool maintenance. Rates depend on the season, with consideration given for long term rentals.
