The oceanfront R&R House has two units, each of which will seat 20 up to 32 in the main room. The lower R&R House unit will sleep up to 12 and the upper up to 10. Add the 10 that nearby RoughHouse Cabin sleeps and up to 32 can sleep, too. The R&R House has a four-car garage plus lots more street parking.
Each R&R House unit has a big-screen TV with DVD and cable, free wireless internet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (we like the double shower!), fully-stocked kitchen including side-by-side fridge, laundry access, hot tub access, room for up to 32 seated, including folding tables and chairs, and beautiful ocean views.
The tables provided are standard training or seminar tables, each 8 foot long and 1.5 foot wide. Ideal for a retreat, seminar or family reunion. Enjoy the privacy you just cannot get at a hotel. Enjoy long walks--over two miles of sandy beach both north and south.
Near the beautiful hikes of Olympic National Park, Point Grenville and the Quinault area. Watch the whales migrate from the deck with the telescope. Go clamming in season. Or, visit touristy Ocean Shores.
Bring pets if you wish! Pets are welcome in the Lower R&R unit. No pets in the upper R&R unit please. Please see website for more photos, directions and other information.

Why the Owner Chose Moclips
We were losing money in the stock market before it became a popular thing to do. We tried to invest the money we were saving for our children's college in a spot that would be fun for family and friends, yet allow our kids to go to college. So far, we are not quite breaking even, but we enjoy it anyway, and some of our kids have graduated!
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
Here is a place to enjoy the ocean with friends and family. Where else can you get a spot for up to 32 family or friends, where you can all sit at the same table? Where you can have the entire two acre property to yourself? Although secluded at the end of a dead-end road, we are walking distance from a very nice, special-occasion restaurant. However, all units have a full kitchen with all the utensils you might need.
