A three minute walk along the beach trail will take you to the grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa where you will find fabulous restaurants, unique shops, and the world famous, Dolphin Lagoon which you can sign up to swim with or simply watch them play. Also nearby are the King's Shops and the now open Queens shops which provide plenty of shopping, entertainment, and fine eateries.
Anaeho'omalu-Bay, a beautiful, crescent-shaped beach, is just a short walk away and provides all kinds of ocean activities, such as, boogie boarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing and kayak rentals. Also, nearby the Mauna Lanai offers excellent snorkeling and diving and a serene, stroll through the historical ancient fishponds. HAPUNA BEACH is a ten minute drive and is considered the Big Islands best beach. A long sandy beach with great boogie boarding and swimming with a sandy bottom is good for all ages. Lifeguards, restrooms, showers, beach rentals (snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas) and even a restaurant are on site.
Golfers will love the resort's two,18-hole, championship courses. And will not even need to leave the comfort of the villa to enjoy watching others tee off. This ground floor, corner unit backs up to the golf course but has a large grassy area for play off the back lanai that also leads to the private Ocean Club. To the side of the unit, there is a huge greenbelt area which provides gorgeous mountain and garden views as well as provide peace and privacy. Sitting on the lanai you will enjoy the sweeping views across the golf course to the ocean, and if indoor activities are important, you will enjoy the three flat panel TV's,(two with DVD players, one has HD with DVR, DVD movies and board games.

I CAN ONLY SAY THIS IS, HOPEFULLY, GOING TO BE OUR THIRD YEAR WE GET TO STAY AT BARRY'S AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE ACCOMMODATIONS MORE EVERY YEAR. WE LOVE TO GOLF, WE ARE RIGHT ON THE FAIRWAY, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE POOL AND WHAT A MAGNIFICENT VIEW. NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK. CALLING BARRY SOON TO BOOK OUR APRIL TRIP. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable villa in a perfect location. My family of five had an outstanding vacation staying here at Hali'i Kai. It was nice and quiet, perfectly relaxing.... very unlike the mainland!

Thanks so much, Barry for a great stay at your condo. Your property is beautiful and the location is perfect. The view from the lanai each day was a highlight of our trip. Very quiet and peaceful. My family stayed next door at the Hilton, and I was always glad to get back to Hali'i Kai and its peace and quiet. The pool's location is stunning and we had some of our favorite meals watching the sunset at the Ocean Club restaurant. I think your unit is one of the best locations of the complex. So glad we chose your condo. Hope to visit again soon.
